Holiday villa with private pool & air conditioning near Todi

The property lies in Umbria at 14 km from the town of Todi, 40 km from Orvieto and Perugia (airport), 130 km northern of Rome. It’s an excellent departing point to visit whole Umbria (Orvieto, Gubbio, Assisi, the marmore waterfalls, Montefalco, Bevagna). It's a quiet area with nice panoramic views. It is features a well-maintained garden with a 10 by 3 meter swimming pool, all for your private use. The depth of the pool is 1,50 meter everywhere and it has also hydromassage on one side. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs. Near the pool there are available a stone oven and barbecue. In front of the has there is a large covered porch with table and chairs.
The property is suitable for up to 6 persons. The whole property is on the ground floor and there aren’t steps so it’s also suitable for persons with walking issue (the house is not suitable for wheelchair users. On the ground floor there are: dining/living room with kitchen, bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom (toilet/shower), another bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, another bathroom with toilet/shower. The last bedroom lies on the western side of the building and there is not an internal connection with the rest of the house. This bedroom has a double bed and air conditioning. There is not a bathroom so consider the persons sleep here have to make a 10 meter walk in the garden to reach the main door of the house. Cot and highchair available on request. Broadband Wi-fi internet connection available for free.
If interested, it’s possible to have additional services on spot as: cook, maid service. We have also local contacts for bike and vespa rentals, horse riding, wine and food tasting, tours of Umbria and hot air balloon experience.
The nearest restaurant/pizzeria (Al Leone) lies at 3,5 km from the property. Other nearby restaurants we suggest are Osteria Novecento (5,5km), Villa Selva (9km). The nearest winery (cantina Signae) is at 12km and there are many more around the old village of Montefalco (24km). To buy groceries, there is supermarket at 4km open all days from 8 in the morning to 8 in the evening (on Sunday only in the morning from 8am to 1 pm. If you like to buy food from local farmers we suggest Fattoria Luchetti and farmer Alessandro Ricci (near Papiano) for fruits and vegetables. There are also 2 fruits and vegetables shops on the road to Marsciano. Hospital at 3km (hope you will not need it…).
