The Petricci Residence is a beautiful estate surrounded by green hills and oak forests overlooking the Tiber valley. It is situated along the border between Tuscany and Umbria, midway between Città di Castello and Umbertide.

The estate consists of a main villa divided into four apartments and two separate cottages. Within the grounds there is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool (shared by all guests).

Casa Giralda (55 sqm) is a hay bar that has been converted into a cottage. It is set slightly apart from the main house and consists of a sitting room (with double sofa bed for one or two children up to 12 years old), a small dining area and a well-equipped kitchen. In the sleeping area you will find one double/twin bedroom (with two single beds) with en-suite bathroom (with shower).
