The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family villa with private pool, sun loungers and a large furnished terrace overlooking the lake. Dedicated private parking, not shared with the other apartment, charging station for electric cars, barbecue on the terrace. It is a 5-minute walk from the lake and from the favorite equipped beach in Padenghe. The apartment, furnished in an ancient and modern style, offers a state-of-the-art fully equipped kitchen. A large and spacious living room furnished in an antique style. Three double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
Animals will be accepted only upon request to the property and the supplement applied varies from 50 to 100 euros per stay and depends on the size of the animal.
