Bright apartment in the heart of Madrid, the most cosmopolitan neighborhood of the capital.



Recently renovated, avant-garde design with attention to detail. Its aesthetics make it a unique home perfect for short and medium stays as it has a distribution totally designed for the comfort of the guest.



Fully equipped kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, air conditioning, dining area for four people.



Bedroom with a large 1.50cm bed, wardrobes, large glass window and air conditioning



The sofa bed is also double with a size of 1.35cm so that two people can sleep comfortably.



In addition, you will have: sets of towels, sets of sheets, Nespresso coffee machine and coffee capsules, complete kitchen utensils (glasses, plates, cups, glasses, frying pan, cutlery, etc.), table linen, napkins, hair dryer, shampoo and gel, table linen, cleaning utensils, iron and board, TV, internet, etc.

The Embajadores neighborhood of Madrid is one of the most popular areas of the city that keeps a very important part of the history and tradition of Madrid. The Embajadores Metro stop is at the door of the building, with a direct line to Callao (only 3 stops 10 minutes), and you can enjoy Gran Vía, Plaza España, Plaza Mayor, etc.

A Most Enjoyable Stay

My wife and I loved our time in Madrid-- and the Las Acacias apartment made it even more pleasant. The apartment is located feet from the metro-- making access to the city a breeze. The apartment was well appointed for a few days stay. We highly recommend the Las Acacias apartment. Todd S.

Great location. Poor Communication. Needs touch up.

PROS: The location of this apartment was perfect for us. The neighborhood had a good selection of restaurants and cool street art. It is right next to a metro stop and about 20 minute walk in any direction to major sights. CONS: Really poor communication. We did not receive access information until we finally had to call after several unanswered messages in the app. The apartment looks like the photos, but there is a lot of wear on walls and some furniture and accessories. Some simple touch ups and repairs by the owner would be good to freshen up the space. OTHER: the apartment looks into interior window wells and not the street, but it does get light since it is on the top floor.

BUYER BEWARE! My wife and I stayed at this apartment for a few days during our trip to Madrid and suffice it to say that it was a horrible experience. The pictures you see are enhanced to make it look cleaner than it actually is. This add also falsely advertises laundry on the property when in fact it doesn't have it at all, and it was frustrating because it was one of the reasons my wife and I chose this in the first place. When the property owner was asked they blamed Expedia for adding it and gave a weak apology for the false advertising. It smells damp and moldy, and the tiles have this odd orange/yellow residue when you first walk in. The bathroom smells like sewage and the drain in the shower is just a metal covering that almost cut up mine and my wife's feet. The water smells like it comes from a septic tank and left an orange/brown residue on all of our soaps and other surfaces it was left to dry on. The wi-fi also did not work and the property owner was immensely unhelpful in solving it, essentially saying that it was our problem to deal with in the end. Should anyone need any camera proof to compare to the pictures that the property owner has posted on any hotel booking site I am more than happy to provide the video that we took of the property. The only reason we enjoyed ourselves was the city, but the poor state of the property was absolute hell.

Ya me sorprendió cuando el increible apartamento reformado, era un edificio bastante deteriorado donde gracias a huespedes como nosotros, ellos van mejorando las instalaciones. Se nota que compran bastante destruido y les lavan la cara. Esta en la estacion Embajadores del Metro (buen acceso al Centro). En el ascensor si van dos personas con valijas no entran. La cama se hundía en el medio, menos mal que durmió mi hija sola, la alfombra de la foto estaba muy manchada, los muebles eran medio viejos y rejuntados, salvo las cosas nuevas que le van poniendo ej. (lampara, pava electrica, secador de pelo, cortinas.) Madrid está bastante caro para los turistas, asi que fue lo mas acomodado que encontré, pero a mi entender un poco caro para lo que era y pagando una noche mas porque mi hija viajaba muy tarde.

No era lo esperado, lo que se ve en fotos.

El apartamento olía muy feo no sabría decir exactamente si era por humedad pero también olía demasiado a cañería… demasiado dinero para lo que es el apartamento, es muy antiguo, en cuanto a la ubicación si se encuentra muy central, de resto la verdad no era lo que se esperaba.

Ubicacion excelente y transporte a pie de portal

El apartamento cuenta con una habitación con cama doble y sofa cama doble con ropa de cama para ambos. Mesa de comedor y una cocina con lo imprescindible. El baño completo y toallas jabones de ducha y manos suficientes. Cuenta con una caldera por lo que no hay problema en que se acabe el agua caliente entre duchas y fregar. Funciona con codigos de acceso en portal y apartamento. A mejorar algunos detalles con cuadros y cocina que tienen el deterioro tipico del uso y aunque no supuso problema se oía a los vecinos por supongo paredes finas. El transporte, parada de bus y metro a 3mts del portal literalmente. Por lo que en metro estas en 10 min. en el centro. Fantástico. En conclusion mejor lo bueno que lo mejorable. Totalmente aconsejable.
