Here, you’re just a five-minute drive from the restaurants, bars and nightlife of San Antonio and ten minutes from the wide golden sweep of sand and crystal-clear waters of Cala Bassa.

Sitting on a spacious plot of 1,325m2, the private gardens feature lawn, terraces and decked areas, creating a wonderful place to relax by day or night.

An inviting swimming pool is surrounded by a smart wooden deck and a line of loungers where you can bask in the Ibizan sunshine. Tall palms frame the view across the rooftops to the distant hills from the poolside seating while, at the far end of the garden, a tall, craggy pine offers some shelter from the sun.

The terrace that stretches the full width of the villa is home to two al-fresco dining spaces, seating four and six respectively. Here, wide, sliding glass doors open onto the cosy interior living spaces.

There’s also a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor. The rest of the four double bedrooms, including the master suite, are located up the wide staircase on the upper floor.
