Could not be a better stay and host

I advise everyone that read this to stay in this Vila. The location is close to the beach and private located. The host is really kind. Good rooms. Modern style not old looking like some vila’s are. 5 stars are a understatement.

Great Holiday Home

This property was everything we needed for our family with age ranges from 2 - 86 !! the Rooms were spacious and clean and plenty of en-suites and bathrooms. The property was extremely clean and tidy with everything you need in the Kitchen. Outside areas were spacious with a choice of Decking areas or Grass. Pool was lovely but a little chilly ! Property is on one level which was very good for our 86 year old mother. Our Host Josep was very very helpful and a lovely man, very accommodating and helpful. Would highly recommend this property.

Fabulous week in Cala Bassa

We enjoyed a fabulous week in Cala Bassa, the Villa was perfect and Josep was a great host. The location is very good for the beach and there’s a lovely restaurant opposite. The pool and outside space was excellent for the kids and the villa itself is very well appointed. Thanks Josep for a fab week!

Villa très confortable il ne manque quasi rien ... très bon vivre avec amis et famille nombreuses . Le propriétaire très gentil! La villa se situe très bien , plage à 200m A recommandé!!!

Tremendous villa, superb host and amazing food

We (a group of thirteen persons) spent a week in the wonderful house of Josep at Cala Bassa. Josep made our trip the most remarkable in a long period. Not only was the cooking perfect but his execution as a wonderful gentle host was amazing. The photographs can not even describe the real character of the house. We were quite overwhelmed by its beauty and especially by the pool side area. The villa offers every comfort you may need for a perfect vacation. Josep stayed in the background but was reachable all the time. He was also the most modern host we ever had. We could contact him anytime for a recommendation. His must-sees were on point. One small note from us: you really need to have a dinner, cooked by the Chef.

Excellent villa in a beautiful location

We stayed for just over a week in Josep's beautiful villa in Cala Bassa - the villa is outstanding and in a great location. The villa was clean and modern with plenty of sunbeds around the beautiful pool. It is quiet and has views of the sea. The bedrooms are all comfortable and the kitchen has everything that you need. There is a barbeque which we used and enjoyed a lovely "Mamma Mia" night under the stars! Josep is a really thoughtful host and we appreciated all his help. The Cala Bassa Beach Bar is fabulous - great food and cocktails - but we also thoroughly enjoyed the friendly hospitality at La Cueva close by where we were made to feel very much at home. We would definitely recommend to others and hope that we will return!

Very beautiful holiday home in a perfect location!

Ca Nostra is a very beautiful holiday home just a little walk to one of the most beautiful beaches of Ibiza (Cala Bassa). We stayed in the house with six adults and seven little kids. The kids had the time of their lives swimming in the infinitypool everyday. The house is perfect for a good holiday and it was very clean. A Wednesday the house was cleaned totally (including new bed linen and towels). The owner (Josep) is very helpful and kind. The contact is very easy and Josep replies quick. He has a lot of good tips (for restaurants, beaches and other things to do). At the day we arrived Josep did some shopping for us in the supermarket so we had the the things we need for the first day already in the house. I really can recommend this holiday home for everybody who wants to have a comfortable, nice and beautiful holiday!

Great place and great host

We "lived" in Josep's place for a week with our family, 5 adults and 4 kids (8-13 y/o). We all had a wonderful time and enjoyed the high quality level of the house both inside and out. The pool area is great and offers fantastic views of the bay. The location, an easy five minute walk, close to one of the best beaches in Ibiza, Cala Bassa, is fantastic. Josep is a very kind, helpful and genuine owner who makes you feel at home. Highly recommendable !

Fantastic villa with a friendly and helpful owner

A very modern and well kept villa in a fantastic location very close to Cala Bassa beach. José, the owner was very helpful before we arrived and during our stay, providing us with advice and suggestions on everything from restaurants to car hire. I would thoroughly recommend this villa to anyone considering it.

Vacaciones perfectas!

Estupenda villa a tan solo 2 minutos de la playa. Hemos pasado una estancia genial.! La casa esta completamente nueva y de un diseño exquisito. La parte de la piscina lo mejor, con su barbacoa, zona de césped, etc.. Jose, el dueño, siempre muy atento por si necesitábamos alguna cosa, indicación, etc. Un gusto.! Repetiremos.!

Hi, my name is Josep, and I am here with my daughter Catalina...!

I have lived in Ca Nostra house for 25 years, with my family, until I get married and then, I moved to another house.

I have been a chef for the last 16 years in a very popular Beach Club restaurant in Las Salinas Beach called MALIBU. But wanted to change my life, and try a quieter way of living, and leave something for my daughter to live, so I decided to go on with this idea..!
After many years, I decided to refurbish the whole house, and convert it into a Vacation House.

I hope you like and enjoy your stay with us...!!

We are only 100m from the beach, Cala Bassa, one of the best places of the island, and only a 5 minute ride to Cala Conta, probably the best spot with crystal clear waters of Ibiza.
