It is situated in the small hamlet of Le Treuil, thirty-five minutes from Bergerac Airport and located near Douzillac in the heart of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of southwestern France. There is a below-ground 9.6m x 4.6m swimming pool, a large barn dating back to 1872 and a private drive with parking available for two cars. The garden and grounds provide a spacious opportunity for outside eating and relaxation. The house offers an ideal base to explore the fabulous châteaux’s, picturesque villages and historic towns of the Dordogne region of France, as well as being within easy reach of local shops and amenities.
