- Check-out: Until 11h00. A person from our team will be waiting for you at home when you leave.

The apartment is located in one of the most desired area of ​​Marbella, a few minutes walk from the marina and the beach. Everything at hand to enjoy the modernity of its environment with a wide range of restaurants, shops and boutiques

Transport: To travel from Malaga airport you can opt for the bus that takes 1 hour from Terminal 3 to the center of Marbella. If you arrive by AVE to Malaga, you will also find a bus from María Zambrano station to the center of Marbella. The most comfortable transport it is by car which takes around 45 minutes. If you are interest please don’t hesitate to contact us to require a transfer.

HOUSE'S RULES

-Take care of the house as if it were your own.



-Respect the rules of coexistence and rest. Do not make loud noises after 11pm.



-Forbidden to smoke.



-Leave the house as you find it. In case of leaving the house in bad condition or very dirty, it will be deducted from the deposit.



-Passport or DNI details should be provide to the property to be reported to Spanish police

-All payments should be by bank.

-The guarantee deposit will be refunded after your check-out following the refund policy in this respect. It could takes 7 days to be the return amount ordered.



- Due to new regulations, an additional charge will apply in case of high water or electricity consumption, such as charging electric cars or large capacity batteries. This will cover the associated additional costs.
