Parque de Marbella Three Bedroom Apartment

Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, located on the 8th floor in the superb Parque Marbella building, in the heart of Marbella, 200m from the beach with partial sea views.

Located just behind the Constitution Park (Parque de La Constitución), so access to the beach is only a 2 minute walk. The orientation of the property is west, sunny and with a wonderful terrace, throughout the house, so that all the bedrooms have natural light.

This apartment comprises; lift access, entrance hall, lounge/dining room with access to the terrace, fully fitted kitchen. Master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi-shower. Second bedroom with two single beds, separate bathroom with bathtub, third bedroom with double bed.

There is terrace access from the lounge, kitchen and the master bedroom. This gives partial views to the sea, good views of the mountains and the whole area west of Marbella.

🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.

❄ Private A/C in the bedroom and the living room.

🏊‍ Among the Parque Marbella´s facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round, one of them for children.

🔑 Check-in (from 4pm): the keys will be in a key box at our office. We will provide instructions prior to your arrival. Please provide an estimated arrival time at least 48h before.

👩‍✈ The community has 24 hour security.

🛌 Bed linen and a set of towels (including beach/pool towel) per guest included in the rental price.

Very happy with our stay!

Everything in the apartment was according to the pictures and description. Communication with the hosts was very effective, they always answered promptly to our inquiries. The location was perfect, with taxi stand just across the street, restaurants, supermarket and a bakery nearby. Just 3 minutes to go to the beach. We'll recommend to our friends.

Lovely well equipped apartment.

This spacious, bright apartment was perfect for the needs of our group of 6 over 70's. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We ate out at the nearby restaurants most of the time but cooked 2 meals with ease. The situation close to the sea front and all amenities was ideal. The only complaint was the lack of a riser rail and screen in the master bedroom ensuite making hand held showering necessary. I would recommend this apartment to any group or family of 6.

Christmas of Horror

The location of the apartment is oustanding with partial side views of the ocean. Now, the rest of the experience was awful: 1. The aparment AC is broken. We stayed there during the first week of January and all 4 of us ended up sick given the lack of heat in the apartment. There weren't even any blankets we could us to cover ourselves. The managing company was very responsive when we communicated this problem, and sent us technicians to fix the AC and drop off electric heaters. The AC was not fixed and the two small heaters that were dropped off were too small to heat the apartment and had an awaful burnt smell. When we communicated via WhatsApp to the managing company that the AC was still not working, they simply liked the message. 2. There is NO drier in the apartment, and only (1) set of bath towels are left for the entire stay. Given the lack of warmth in the apartment and that there's no drier, none of the towels dried from one day to the next. 3.There is a washer in the apartment, however it is SO small that almost none of the dishes fit in and we had to handwash them. When we arrived at the apartment, the dishes were stored in the cabinets but not properly cleaned, we had to wash everything before using it. 4.The apartment is VERY outdated and with poor quality windows. All the air and noise comes through the windows and it is very diffult to sleep at night due to the noise. 5.There is NO emergency exit from the building and you need a key to exit the building.

Thank you very much María for your comment and we are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Regarding the A/C, you are absolutely right, in fact the one in the living room is being changed since the one in the bedrooms was new, it had just passed the warranty, and they are being fixed. The issue of blankets, you should have told us and we would have supplied you with more as well as towels due to the situation, normally they are an extra charge, and for 5 nights only one set is allowed per guest but given the problem with the A /C we would have supplied it to you free of charge. You should have mentioned the cleaning issue and it would have been sent to the cleaning team. Regarding noise, this is the first time we have read this, in other apartments it is because they are close to leisure areas but this one in question is on a quiet street. What you have rented is a private apartment in a residential block, not a hotel, and I assure you that it complies with the regulations, they are very strict and there is security at night and a concierge during the day. I think that due to the A/C issue it has been exaggerated but I completely understand your displeasure, the apartment is just as it can be seen in the photos, which were taken two months ago. We will speak with the owner regarding the rest of his comments since it is you with your comments who improve the service. Our most sincere apologies. Best regards. Marbella Skol Team
