Stylish villa with sea view and private pool

Casa Rosada is a stylish villa with stunning sea views from your private balcony off your bedrooms.
The villa consists of 2 floors.
On the ground floor you will find a toilet, a bedroom with a single bed and built-in wardrobes, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living/dining room with free air conditioning, a large smart TV with over 150 international channels, video on demand and free wifi.
Via a staircase you reach the 1st floor with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, free air-conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and wash basin.
The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. Both bedrooms have private balconies with stunning ocean views.
Outside you will find a private heated pool with sunbeds. The dining table on the terrace is covered with a pergola and is an ideal place to enjoy your breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is also a BBQ.
This unique accommodation has its own style.

The host was very friendly and efficient. The location to bars and amenities is good but also allows for quiet and relaxing time. The views are fabulous and very tranquil.

Great Villa in our Favourite Part of Playa Blanca

The villa has everything you could need. For us it is perfectly situated in our favourite part of Playa Blanca (San Mercian de Rubicon) as the local Superdino is just up the road and the walk along the coast to Marina Rubicon never gets boring. The villa is well presented and has everything you could need. Suzanne the Villa Manager was great sorting out a couple of issues and was very accommodating and responded promptly to our requests. Have already booked for next year and can’t wait to return.

Lovely villa

Clean villa with lovely views: everything you could possibly need is available. Shops and bars within walking distance . Loved the upstairs terrace in the evening with view of the sea.

Excellent villa

We have stayed in this villa a number of times and really enjoyed our time there again. The villa was very clean and well presented and the manager met us early in the holiday and was available to help at any time with queries.

What a beautiful villa and view

This beautiful villa is better than described! All rooms tastefully decorated and furnished. Great sized pool area and outdoor area....but the best part has got to be the views out over the bay towards and oncluding Papagayo beach.

Sea view villa

We had a lovely stay in Casa Rosada, it is situated in a quiet residential area and was very peaceful. The villa is tastefully furnished and we found the beds and pillows really comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need for self catering and there is a covered area outside.

Great Villa in a quiet location

A very nice villa for 4 or 5. Well equipped with a fantastic aspect to spend all day by the pool. Close to two shops and walkable to bars and restaurants if you want them. A special mention to Suzanne the manager, great communication and very helpful.

Superb villa - excellent support too

This villa is fantastic - exactly as described on the listing. Well equipped, spotlessly clean and in lovely quiet location. It has everything you need - easily the best equipped kitchen of anywhere we’ve stayed even down to sharp knives. It is about 20 min stroll to Rubicon Marina for some lovely bars and restaurants. There are two well stocked supermarkets under a minutes walk away. Pool is lovely and deep and very welcome in the heat. Best of all is the support from villa manager Suzanne - she was super helpful before and during the holiday with quick and useful support - really made all the difference to our holiday. We will be back for sure!

Spacious, sea views and lots of space

We had a lovely ten days here. The location is peaceful but only a 15 min walk along the coast on a wide and picturesque path to the nearby Marina. Another 30 mins to playa Blanca. We were sold on the property by the photos of the sea view and the reality did not disappoint. The area outside by the pool was spacious and when we cooked we ate outside. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped and there are two supermarkets just up the road. In the mornings we watched the sunrise from the upstairs balcony. There were just two of us but this villa would be big enough for a family or a group of friends, with a large lounge / dining area also. Nice touch of teabags, milk, wine and orange juice left for us. We spent our holiday walking and cycling in the surrounding area and beyond. And dipping in the private pool or the sea. Very easy to contact host. All in all it was great!

Outstanding Villa with stunning views

The villa totally lived up to our expectations and was exactly as described on the Vrbo site. We have stayed in many villas in the same area and this one was amongst the best. Thank you for all the lovely touches, the wine, orange juice, water, tea and coffee and many more items that were left for us. During our whole stay there was nothing that we needed or thought 'wished we had that' everything was catered for, even pool towels. We went as a couple but it would be great for a family too, the outside space was plentiful and the pool was great in the heat. The location to the shops is a 5 minute stroll away and Marina Rubicon a 20 minute walk, the bus service is every half an hour to playa Blanca and are excellent. A big shout out to Suzanne, she was a great help whilst we were there without being intrusive, it was lovely to know she was at the end of the phone if we needed anything during our stay. Lastly the sea views from the pool area and upstairs terraces were stunning and great to wake up to every day. We will definitely return.

Fantastic stay in Playa Blanca

My family and I have recently returned from a fantastic two-week vacation in Casa Rosada. The villa is very well located, with beaches, shops and restaurants just a short walk away. We spent many evenings strolling on the promenade on our way to one of the many restaurants at the marina. Despite its proximity to many amenities, the area is quiet and settled, with a good mix of residents and holidaymakers, which only added to our experience. The villa is large, airy and has everything a family needs for an enjoyable vacation. The patio area overlooks the swimming pool, which was particularly important as it allowed us to watch our youngest daughter as she swam. The pool itself was just the right size with the perfect water temperature. There is ample off-street parking for those who are renting a car. I cannot praise the property manager enough. We felt very welcome from the outset, and they did not hesitate to accommodate us throughout our stay. They went above and beyond. My family and I agree that our stay in Casa Rosada is one of the best of our vacations. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

Wir haben kurzfristig das Haus gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden mit Lage und Ausstattung. Villa Managerin Suzanne war immer ansprechbar, sehr professionell und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
