This spacious villa has two big apartments, each with his own fully equipped kitchen, which enables a comfortable stay for large groups as well. The most important feature of the house is definitely the outdoor pool with outside kitchen where you can spend unforgettable moments. By day, swim and sunbath in a lounger by the pool surrounded by nature and the privacy of your accommodation. Spend romantic evenings sipping a refreshing drink or cocktail in the fresh air by the pool. Natural beaches are only 2 km from the house.

Lovely villa split over 2 apartments. Fantastic facilities, particularly pool and outdoor kitchen. Wonderful views overlooking spectacular coastline. Old Labin a 20 min drive is wonderful with an amazing pizzeria in the square.

Amazing stay! The villa is spotless, well-equipped, and the outdoor kitchen is simply fantastic. The hosts were very kind and welcoming. We stayed with three families and had plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Beaches, shops and restaurants are easier to reach by car, but the peaceful location makes it worth it. Highly recommended!

Really a nice house but best if you are 2 groups travelling together so you use the fantastic outdoor kitchen area to the fullest. Only minus is the nearly 20 minute drive to a large supermarked but 2 minuts (by car) away there is a minimarked.

A fantastic villa in a beautiful location.

The villa was perfect for our group of 8 adults and 4 children. The two apartment setup works perfectly and the outdoor kitchen and pool is amazing with everything you need. The location of the villa is ideal very peaceful with a nice beach a short drive away. Thanks for a brilliant week!

Nice and fun family holiday

Our one week family holiday was amazing. Although we had to go to beaches by car and there are only small and bumpy roads, it never took longer than 20 minutes and the remote and small beaches were amazing. The house was perfect for eleven people and the pool was used a lot. The highlight was the outdoor area and kitchen, we never cooked inside with the grill and inductive stove outside. Almodt all the rooms had sea view, as well as the garden and terrace, where we spent most of the time anyway. Thanks for this beautiful holiday.

Superb house! Very kind Landlords

We loved being at Tamara's. The house is made of 2 independent fully equipped and spacious flats but we must admit that we spent most of the day between the outside kitchen (everything is available there), pool and outdoor chairs. The house is located in a very quiet and nice village which really allows for resting . WIth the car, the supermarket is 10 min away and the beaches are 15-20 min (through very nice road). Tamara´s husband recommended to us a fabulous sea local restaurant just 8 min away from the house in a little fisherman village which was absolutely delicious ! We will come back and for 2 weeks this time !!

Perfect hideaway!

We were looking for somewhere away from the crowds as we lead busy lives surrounded by people who always seem to need us! This fitted the bill perfectly, being in a beautiful region but some distance from big towns. The owner met us on arrival and showed us around, he also came every day to do maintenance around the pool or gardens. The 1 bed apartment was spotlessly clean and well appointed - we didn't miss anything we needed to cook for ourselves. And you should, because there's a balcony with the most fantastic view of the small peninsula and the coastline towards Pula, we didn't eat inside all week. The apartment is basically one large room plus a separate bedroom (spacious) and a small shower room, all modern and fresh looking. There are fairly large Mercator and Plodine supermarkets in Labin which is about 15-20 minutes by car so you need to be a little organised not to forget essential supplies. We had very hot weather so tended to go out exploring the region in the morning and relaxing on the balcony or in the pool in the afternoon, very chilled! The exception was a day trip to Pula which takes about 1hr 20 by car, worth it for the Roman arena, and then on to Rovinj where we went on a fabulous 1hr boat trip around the islands. There are lots of local fortified hilltop towns, pretty coves and very scary coastal roads. A truly beautiful and relaxing place to stay, we loved it!

Très bonne location

Nous venons de passer 2 superbes semaines de vacances dans cette location. Description conforme. Finitions de qualité. Belles prestations et très bon entretien. Points forts de la location : vue imprenable, piscine bienvenue, appartement spacieux pour 4 et tranquillité des lieux. Très bon accueil des propriétaires, toujours soucieux de notre confort (mention spéciale pour le papa de Tamara). Je recommanderais cette location à un ami. Tous les lieux touristiques importants (Pula, Rovinj) se trouvent dans un rayon de 50 km (1h). Nous avons apprécié les petits restaurants de Koromacno (5mn), Trget (10 mn) et Labin (20 mn). Nos enfants ont adoré le parc aquatique de Istralandia. Toutes les activités nautiques du camping de Tunarica (10 mn) sont très abordables. Bref, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Wir waren eine Woche im August mit 6 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern dort und hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus. (Eigentlich wären noch weitere 3 Erwachsene und ein Baby dabei gewesen, die aber krankheitsbedingt kurzfristig nicht mitkommen konnten). Das gesamte Haus, die Zimmer, Bäder und Außenanlage waren in gepflegtem und sauberem Zustand. Unser Highlight waren aber der Poolbereich und die Außenküche! Wir waren eigentlich die ganze Zeit draußen, tagsüber am/im Pool, abends im großen Sitzbereich in der überdachten Außenküche.Dort haben wir auch immer zusammen gekocht und gegessen.Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Zum nächsten großen Supermarkt in Labin sind es ca. 20 Minuten (kurz mal etwas besorgen ist also nicht möglich, wir haben zweimal einen Großeinkauf gemacht, sodass wir genug Vorräte hatten). Direkt im Ort gibt es aber einen kleinen Laden, wo man Brot kaufen kann.Zum Meer sind es mit dem Auto ca. 4 Minuten. Wir waren nur einen Tag dort, weil uns der Pool gereicht hat.Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und haben vor unserer Anreise immer sehr schnell und hilfreich unsere Fragen beantwortet.

Viel Platz für 12 Personen

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Die Unterkunft bietet viel Platz und ist sehr liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichtet. Im Haus befinden sich 2 identische Wohnungen mit jeweils 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern und 2 Balkonen bzw. Terrassen.Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt, es gibt ein Trampolin, eine Tischtennisplatte und eine Schaukel. Die große Außenküche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, wir haben die beiden Küchen im Haus gar nicht benutzt. Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren hervorragend und durch die Jalousien bleibt die Temperatur im Haus angenehm. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gepflegt. Bei Fragen kann man sich jederzeit an die Besitzer wenden.Der Meerblick ist wunderbar und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schönes gepflegtes Haus mit tollem Pool!

Wir waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden. Es war extrem sauber und sehr geräumig. Die Aussenküche ist toll, die direkt an den Pool grenzt. Dort haben wir fast ausschließlich unsere Zeit verbracht. Alles Notwendige wurde uns bereitgestellt. Das einzige nicht so schöne war: Der nächste große Supermarkt ist 20 Min entfernt, der naheliegende Strand hat eine nicht so schöne Aussicht auf eine Betonfabrik.

Geweldig huis!

Het huis en de tuin met zwembad, maar vooral de buitenkeuken zijn fantastisch! De gastvrouw en haar vader zijn geweldig toffe en behulpzame mensen. We kregen bij het aankomen direct een fris drankje aangeboden. In de buurt is er weinig te beleven, hiervoor moet je wat verder rijden. De mooie plaatsjes om te snorkelen of in zee te gaan, kan je aan hun vragen if via google maps zoeken.

Erholsamer Urlaub in ruhiger Lage!

Das Haus bietet genug Platz für 2-3 Familien und ist aufgrund der Aufteilung und der Anzahl der Bäder perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Freunden und Kindern. Die Outdoor-Küche ist ein Traum! Wir haben uns eigentlich nur draußen aufgehalten und den wunderbaren Ausblick auf das Meer genossen. Ich muss nur 2 Punkte für die Lage abziehen. Man ist hier auf das Auto definitiv angewiesen. Es gibt keinen Supermarkt in Laufnähe. Für größere Einkäufe muss man 20 Minuten nach Labin fahren. Auch die umliegenden Bademöglichkeiten sind etwas begrenzt und von überall sieht man auf die Fabrik. Da wir mit dem Auto angereist sind, war es kein Problem. Wir sind dann einfach rüber nach Ravni oder Sveta Marina gefahren. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Urlaub in Brovinje

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in der Villa Tomko sehr gut gefallen. Die Gastgeber sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bei guten Wetter haben wir den Pool ausgiebig genutzt. Das Grundstück ist liebevoll gestaltet. Es fehlte an nichts, die Outdoorküche samt Gasgrill war super. Die traumhafte Umgebung haben wir zu Fuß oder mit dem PKW erkundet. Gerne wieder :)

Toller Familienurlaub

Das Haus war ein Traum:-). Wir sind als Großfamilie verreist und hatten sehr viel Spaß. Alles war super sauber, der Pool war ein Traum und die Außenküche der Hammer. Wir haben uns fast ausschließlich draußen aufgehalten. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Was man wissen muss: fußläufig kann man nichts erreichen. Das Auto ist also ein ständiger Begleiter. Die Gastgeber waren auch sehr freundlich. Jeden Tag kam jemand aus der Familie und säuberte den Pool und goß die Pflanzen. Allerdings wäre es schöner gewesen ,wenn dieser Besuch etwas privater abgelaufen wäre. Zum Beispiel nicht erst um 10 Uhr, wenn wir gerade frühstücken, sondern schon früher.

Ein wunderbares Haus und super Gastgeber!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 10 Freunden (Haus hat eine Kapazität für 12 Personen) und hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit. Tamaras Vater hat uns vor Ort bestens betreut und sich täglich um den Pool und den Garten gekümmert. Auch die Kommunikation mit Tamara lief bestens, sie hat immer sofort geantwortet und uns geholfen wenn wir beispielsweise ein Taxi in die Stadt brauchten oder uns ein Boot ausleihen wollten. Wir mussten uns nur bei ihr melden und sie hat es für uns organisiert. Der einzige Minuspunkt war, dass es sich bei dem Haus um zwei separate Wohnungen handelt und man nicht von der einen direkt in die andere kommt. Das war aber nicht weiter schlimm, weil Dank des schönen Außenbereichs und der bestens ausgestatteten Outdoor Küche waren wir nur zum schlafen in den Wohnungen. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Haus jedem Weiterempfehlen!

120 Jahrfeier meiner Frau und mir

Rundum traumhafter Aufenthalt Das Haus mit Pool und Außenküche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Vom Schlafzimmer jeden Morgen und Abend ein traumhafter Blick auf s Meer. Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Absolut ruhige Lage Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen
