Battistero Apartment

Just steps from Piazza del Duomo, in the absolute heart of Florence, this spacious and welcoming apartment is on the second floor of a historic building, without a lift. It welcomes up to 4 guests in a strategic location from which all the main attractions of the historic centre can be reached on foot.
The apartment features a large living room with a comfortable dining area, an equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms (all beds can be split into singles), a bathroom with shower and a private study area. Completing it is a small liveable outdoor patio. A double sofa bed is also available in the living room. Air conditioning is provided, perfect for the warmer months.
Unique features
The spacious, bright rooms, the location a stone's throw from the Duomo and the small outdoor patio make the apartment especially pleasant. Guests particularly appreciate the central location, the quiet rooms and the warm welcome.

Ideal for
Perfect for families and groups of friends who want to stay in the heart of the historic centre while enjoying spacious rooms and a very central yet quiet location. Four-legged friends are welcome too.
Good to know: The apartment is on the second floor without a lift, so it is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM; a supplement applies for arrivals after 8:00 PM and we are always reachable for any need. On arrival you will find a courtesy kit for your first essentials. The home has a boiler: for maximum comfort we recommend using the shower one at a time. The apartment is located in a limited traffic zone (ZTL). The tourist tax is €6 per person per night, to be paid at check-in.
