2 Bedroom Apartment with Terrace

The apartment is located on the second floor without lift of a historic building, characterized by wide stone stairs.

The entrance door overlooks the large living room, with dining area and small terrace on the left side. On the same side there is a fully equipped kitchen with Florentine tiles, dishwasher, oven and microwave. On the right side of the hall a door leads to the TV room, with a sofa that can be prepared as single bed on request, adding an extra bedroom to the two already in the apartment. Walking in the hallway on the right is the first bathroom with a large shower and on the left a storage room with the washing machine. Further on to the right there is the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with hot tub with shower, while on the left there is the second double bedroom.

The terrace offers a further option to the beautiful table in the living room-dining room for the sunny days. The bedrooms are very quiet and spacious, with internal views over the Florentine terracotta roofs.

Ideal for families or couples of friends, the apartment is suitable for both short and longer stays.

The service from the management company was amazing: the location was perfect and close to everything we wanted to see. Just be aware the apartment is on the 3rd floor and this is no elevator.

Fantastic place to stay in Florence. Located very close to the Duomo and city center, just a short walk. There was a nice patio that looked out over a courtyard, which is great for dinner if the weather is nice! Clean, spacious, and comfortable. The owner was very kind and accommodating. I made a mistake when booking and he was very understanding and helpful. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The only downside was that there is no elevator to bring up luggage, but it was a small inconvenience for such a great stay! I will definitely book again if I return to Florence.

This was a beautiful apartment in the heart of Florence, just steps from all the major sights. Check in was right on time and easy to communicate with our host via WhatsApp, and one of the property managers Besi met us and told us everything we needed to know. The apartment was clean and well equipped! The tub-shower in the double bedroom is tough to get in and out of, even for adults, so kids and older guests may have difficulty with it. However, the other shower and bathroom was great! This worked wonderfully for our family of 5 and I would happily stay here again.

Great location!

Great location with walking distance to the Duomo, David, Iffizi, Central Market and Ponte Vecchio Bridge. Rooms were clean and ready when we arrived. Comfortable beds too!

The host was professional and responsive from the start! The property manager met us at the apartment when we checked in, and was welcoming and explained everything to us in detail. The apartment was spacious with good amenities. The location was fabulous… right in the center of Florence near the Square and the Duomo. Be mindful- it is a third floor walk up.

Wonderful stay

Everything was great about this apartment. Location was perfect, on a lively street with restaurants and grocery stores very close. Easy walk to everything in Florence. Beds were comfortable, apartment is rather large and spread out for privacy. Would definitely rent again.

Great Location! Walkable to everything in Florence.Beds were comfortable.Needs a bit of updating with furniture and upgrading in the bathrooms. Better cleaning in the bathrooms.Overall, I would stay again.
