Great communication with owner, he was very helpful in a couple of stressful situations. The apartmemt had everything we needed except a washing machine.Location was great

Nice place but too much noise

This property is lovely for a visit to Florence with easy walking access to lots of sights. Very nice & helpful host. The only problem is the all night club that is right across the street that is open from 2:30 am to around sunrise. People are very loud as they leave.

Great host, good place, too loud to sleep

The host was amazing every step of the way and great communication. And the apartment is as pictured, though a little smaller that the photos make it seem. The bathroom is fantastic! Check in was really great. We stayed almost 2 weeks. The downside is the after-hours bar across the street, Teatro private club, opens around 2:30 AM and even with the shutters closed, it's loud. The party extends into the street and sounds like its 4 feet away from the bed. Even with earplugs, sleeping was a challenge. There were some mornings my travel partner went outside around 7 AM and had to deal with very unsavory situations. The club closed around 8 each morning. We are city-wise, but this was not good. It is unfortunate, because the apartment is lovely with comfortable beds and the location is so central to S. Croce, Piazza della Signoria, and The Bargello, and easy to get to Oltrarno. And the host was perfect, its just the party noise from 2:30 until 7 or 8 each morning.
