Bouganville

La Bouganville dispose de 3 chambre avec grand lit, 2 salle de bains, un salon/salle à manger, une cuisine entiÚrement équippée, une terrace trÚs panoramique avec table et chaises pour des repas dehors.
Les appartements sont situés dans une proprieté privée "Villa dei fiori sul mare" qui longe la cote et offre une vue panoramique sur le baie de Naples.
Descendant vers la mer il y a des espaces privés equippé avec de lits, siÚges pour chaque appartement ( Gelso nero-Ciliegio-Bouganville).
La proprietĂ© peut etre considerĂ© un oasis privĂ© ma tout de meme trĂšs prĂšs du centre de Ischia Porto et d'oĂč chaque partie de l'ile peut etre facilement joint.
En 5-10 minutes à pied vous trouverez restaurants, magasins, minimarchés, cafés, location de voture, scooter, et aussi la station centrale de bus et taxi.
L'accÚs privé à la mer donne vers le baie à coté de la plage des anglais, qui est aussi trÚs proche.
La proprieté se trouve Via Sant'Alessandro, une petite rue antique qui monte derriÚre la rive gauche, prÚs de l'arrivé des ferries et bateux rapides (aliscafi) - 5 minutes à pieds.
Ischia est facilement joignable de Naples en bateau rapides qui partent trĂšs frequemment du port Ă  centre naples "Molo Beverello" (50 minutes).
Le linge pour le lit et salle de bain est inclus dans le prix mais nous prions nos clients de porter serviettes/pareos pour la mer.

The most magical stay in Ischia

My family and I stayed at Bouganville and we absolute loved it! After searching for the perfect vacay stay - we stumbled upon Bouganville and booked it. Before arriving Roberta was in touch with us helping with our arrival! She was incredibly helpful and helped us call taxis and book some reservations initially. Ischia Porto is the perfect location if it’s your first or second time in Ischia - close to everything easy to walk around in the main city area. This was the most perfect place to stay and the view of the ocean is unmatched. Would stay here 100 times over!

This is a gem of a place. Beautiful views. Very convenient to the Port but removed enough from business. The place was spacious, clean and the AC works well. Eat at Enzo’s for great pizza.

Three Nights in Ischia

We had a really nice time here. Definitely would recommend. Beautiful views from every room. Hope to come back. Nataly was very helpful checking us in and showing us the grounds. We were lucky with a rainy day and small crowds at Poseidon, a once in a lifetime experience.

Beautiful Villa With Breathtaking Views

The property is situated very close to the port and offers beautiful water views from every room. We found it to be a quiet and relaxing oasis, yet still just a short walk down the hill to restaurants and transportation options. We arrived via ferry and our host, Nataly, was waiting for us when we arrived. She walked us to the property and gave us lots of suggestions on things to do, restaurants, and how to get around the island. The weather in Ischia was absolutely perfect and our family enjoyed relaxing on terraces, enjoying the views, and going for a swim at the private beach access point. We’d definitely stay here again!

Villa with a view

The property manager was very helpful and friendly and went out of her way to assist. The location was walking distance to supermarkets and other shopping. There was no parking space however a paid parking lot was within walking distance. The view from the terrace is beautiful and it has a small picturesque, rocky dedicated waterfront with a ladder to assist with getting into the water. We had a very good experience overall!

Beautiful view, awful beds

This villa is beautiful, with an amazing view, and is in a great location. The beds were awful. Each of the 3 beds were like sleeping on a box spring. My husband even tried to sleep on the couch. We did not sleep the entire 4 nights of our stay. For the cost, the mattresses need to be updated.

This is one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed at in Italy!

This apartment (part of a larger villa) is STUNNING! Clean, well laid out, has all of the necessary essentials, and a great view from every room. Communication with the host was very good, and there was someone waiting at the ferry to greet us and show us to the property. Access to all the restaurants and shopping in the town of Porto is easy from this beautiful location. The property does require a bit of a walk up cobblestone. It can be challenging with luggage or if someone has mobility issues, however once you are at the property and have dropped off luggage, the walk is an easy 5 minutes to the main areas of town. We had a wonderful time and will be back again to rent this lovely spot!

Ischia Porto Incredible

What an incredible apartment with an incredible view of the sea in an incredible location at the top of a very very steep hill walking distance from the port. Very very challenging to walk up the hill with our suitcases. Fortunately Giacomo came to meet us at the ferry and helped us get our bags up the hill and helped us get groceries. The three bedroom, 2 bathroom, air conditioned!!! apartment has a huge outdoor patio and private rocky access to the sea. Stunning! Bring water shoes and your own beach towels. The kitchen was not super well stocked for cooking, lacking a good knife and basics like olive oil but plenty of dishes and glasses for dining. We loved our stay here and the island! Can’t wait to come back.

A beautiful summer home with spectacular views from every window. Very close to everything.

Three girlfriends and I rented this lovely home for 6 nights in April. It is a lovely apartment in a villa with views from every window and decks galore. Kitchen was adequate
.(we had trouble with lighting the gas stove throughout) but we managed to make delicious meals with the fantastic local produce, meats, breads and pasta of course! We got our exercise walking up the 50 or so steps to the Villa however we loved doing that because it kept us in shape . Hostess and her staff went out of their way to help us (I actually left my iPad and phone behind when we checked out and he assisted us throughout the day in retrieving them. Another staff person delivered us Easter cake as a special surprise)

Two Memorable Weeks in September

We stayed at this fabulous Ischia Porto location for the first two weeks in September. What a beautiful setting. The views of the water from the open patio were really gorgeous and we really loved swimming in the warm, crystal clear waters of the Tyrrhenian Sea. Although the outdoor furniture was a bit sparse we were happy hanging outside and watching the boats pass by and the ferries come and go. Inside, with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, there was plenty of space for us and our adult kids. Like most buildings in the area, this apartment resides in a 100 (?) year old building so the furnishings are not new but they are well kept and the kitchen provided everything we needed. Finally, Jacopo and Oxsana were very helpful and were there with whatever we needed from beginning to end.

Great location

5 girls stayed here for 4 days to explore the island. We had great weather for 3 of the 4 days and will be back to explore all of what we missed. We had trouble with there being enough hot water for all of us to shower and there was an ant problem in the kitchen which could be controlled by being mindful of leaving out any food. The walk up and down with luggage was no joke, but typical of other stays in Almafi as well. House had great AC but the shutters were loud with extreme wind. Also, there is a locked door that no one told us about and we heard voices etc over there. The structure appears to be 4 houses so maybe it was a division but a little strange. No microwave but stove worked well and kitchen was stocked with all that we needed.

Sweet & quiet spot for active people

Great views on from the terrace, tucked away and quiet. Check in was perfect- we were met by Nataly at the dock and escorted by foot up to the villa. It's definitely as all other reviews say- a bit of a bumpy incline, but on a vacation, any exercise is good to counter all the delicious food and wine! Nataly gave us fantastic intel- 5pm the fishing boat comes in right at the dock and has a pop up fish store. Her recommendation of Salvatore was THE BEST taxi/tour guide. Let us to the most glorious sunset followed by a perfect locals A+++ dinner at the very tippy top of Ischia. PREGO!!!!! Only down note and likely because they were closed up for the winter is things were a bit damp/musty in the beds and closets, but with a good solid breeze for a few hours, things cleared out enough. Minor! Villa was clean, well appointed and nicely laid out for privacy. I say, Vai vai vai!

Situation et vue magnifiques

Nous sommes une famille de 5 personnes et nous voulions passer une semaine Ă  Ischia aprĂšs quelques jours Ă  Naples. Nous voulions Initialement louer Ă  San Angelo mais c’était complet. Nota : San Angelo est le bon endroit pour louer a Ischia. Nous avons rĂ©servĂ© la rĂ©sidence Bouganville avec la terrasse vue mer dans la villa dei fiori. La rĂ©sidence Villa Dei fiori est une grande bĂątisse situĂ© sur un point haut. La villa comporte 6 appartements dont 3 sont en location (les appartements cĂŽtĂ© port sont en rĂ©novation) L’appartement bougainville est celui le plus haut avec une terrasse en terre cuite vue mer. Le seul inconvĂ©nient de cette terrasse est le vent qui souffle un jour sur deux en AoĂ»t et qui ne permet pas de dĂ©jeuner le midi. Ça souffle en vent nord et Nord Ouest et les deux parasols ne tiennent pas quand il y a du vent. Les autres appartements en dessous me semble Ă  l’abri du vent mais non pas vue sur la mer... À l’arrivĂ©e, Il faut monter par un petit chemin qui dĂ©marre Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du Port de Ischia puerto. Petite grimpette avec les valises pendant 10min et on arrive dans la villa dei fiori. Pas de piscine mais un accĂšs privĂ© Ă  la mer au travers d’une Ă©chelle de descente dans l’eau. Pas de plage mais l’échelle donne dans une crique de rochers partagĂ©e avec les villas autour. Au dessus de l’échelle, il y a un petit espace partagĂ© avec les autres location avec bain de soleil pour se prĂ©lasser ... Il faut 3 mins de la location pour ĂȘtre dans l’eau et c’est assez sĂ©curisant pour envoyer les ados. La villa est calme : les seuls bruits viennent des ferrys qui «sonnent » Ă  l’arrivĂ©e et au dĂ©part du port. L’appartement est propre et les 3 chambres sont confortables. Le salon/ cuisine est grand mais ne possĂšde pas de lave- vaisselle ... Les verres et assiettes sont dans leurs jus. Il y a une chambre avec salle de bain privative et deux chambres indĂ©pendantes et une deuxiĂšme salle de bain. Pour aller Ă  la plage, il y a la plage des Anglais Ă  10min ( attention ça grimpe et çà descend).Petite plage autonome Ă  cĂŽtĂ© d’un bar qui loue des transats sur une centaine de mĂštres. Peu de fond a cette plage de sable noir mais des vagues pour les amateurs. Nous avons passĂ© un bon sĂ©jour lĂ  bas. Un grand merci Ă  la propriĂ©taire qui s’est montrĂ©e flexible sur les horaires d’arrivĂ©e (13h) et de dĂ©part (midi).
