Villa Kirstin is a 200 sq.m villa built within a private property measuring 7 hectares of organic cultivations including olive trees, vineyards and a big variety of fruit and vegetables. Villa Kirtsin is a beautiful 4 bedroom villa built with stone and wood offering a variety of activities and facilities.

The ground floor consists of a spacious open plan living room and kitchen with dining table. A small bedroom with double bed and a WC are also located on the ground floor. The kitchen door leads to the back veranda and the built barbeque. Additionally a front furnished veranda offers magnificent sea views. A wooden staircase leads to the top floor where three more bedrooms are located as well as two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms offers balcony with view towards the endless blue of the sea.

All our guests are welcome to join us and experience the “farmer’s” life whilst tasting our delicious and 100% organic products.

*The Climate Resilience Tax of 15 Euros/night is not included and will be paid by cash upon arrival.

Amazing experience

Beautiful property, loved this quaint experience on the farm, complete with friendly dogs, and lots of information about the farm and the area from the host. Full cultural experience!

The Kristin villa was amazing. Exactly like the pictures, only better. We arrived late, but Pavlos, the home owner, was there waiting for us, along with his two dogs and sweet cat. Pavlos was a wonderful host. He showed us around the house and property and even shared with us his process of making wine. We literally spent hours talking to him. The house is super spacious- three double/queen size beds and one with two twins. The bathrooms are spacious and updated. And the sunsets are spectacular .If we ever make it back to Zakynthos (which would be a dream) we will 100% stay here again. It's away from the hustle and bustle, very quiet and serene, but close enough you can drive to whatever you need within 30ish minutes.

Absolutely amazing

I cant recommend this place enough. The villa was absolutely gorgeous, the construction and design of the villa were spectacular and it was very spacious, it was also well equipped with stuff to keep the kids occupied and entertained. its located on an a beautiful olive farm which i found to be quite spectacular and serene. You get a beautiful view of the water and surrounding area since its on top of hill. Its about a 6-8 min drive into Tsivili town which for us, was perfect bc we wanted to be away from everything but still be able to get to town if we wanted. It would also be an understatement how accommodating and helpful Pavlos and Anna were. They went far beyond what was required of them to make sure we had an amazing stay not only at the villa but on the island and they truly made our trip what it was, i cant thank them enough. If you plan on visiting the island i highly reccommend staying here you womt regret it. Forgot to mention Its also close to the airport and the port about 20 min give or take to each.
