The property comprises 3 double bedrooms ,one of them with on suite shower and a family bathroom.

Kitchen / Living Room / Dining Room with bi fold doors opening the house to the conservatory and fully fenced garden. The well equipped kitchen has everything you need for the evenings you choose to dine in.

The property is laid out over two floors, all the 3 bedrooms and family bathroom on the first floor and living space and kitchen, dining room and toilet on the ground floor.

The property is a 20 minute walk to Chichester's South Street with a number of restaurants and pubs.

Chichester is a beautiful city in West Sussex with a number of restaurants, cafe's shops and bars all within walking distance of South Pallant. Goodwood is only 2.5 miles away, West Wittering's blue flag beach is 7 miles and I could go on and on there are many many more desirable locations within easy reach.

Getting Around:

The bus station with numerous bus routes is a few minutes walk away. The train station is also within a couple of minutes walk.

Great stay

Location was good for what we wanted. Really pleased with the house, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Great communication and would definitely recommend.

Comfortable and practical but a long way from town

I was charged with booking for four friends to enjoy a short break in Chichester and found this property on the site. It was as described in the details and was more than adequate for our requirements. Everything one could need was provided and the house was clean and comfortable. We have been lucky to stay in more period properties in the past and this modern house wasn't quite to our taste but that's a minor point really. The only downside for us was the long walk from the centre of town through the maze of the hospital grounds. We are all fast walkers but it took over half an hour to find the property the first time and we had cases in the rain! But once we had sussed the route and unpacked the walk was more like the 20-25 minutes quoted. Highly rate the local taxi firm (Starline) which was great on a rainy evening and to take us back to the station on the final morning. Overall we felt the property was reasonably priced, pleasant enough and fitted our requirements. Communication was good too. Thank you
