The magnificent setting features the gentle rolling hills and fragrant wine country for which Tuscany is so famous. Set on a private Sangiovese, Cabernet and Merlot vineyard, Fattoria Sardi Wine Resort features the most iconic panoramic country scenes of Tuscany.



The units have been renovated in late 2022 with an eye to traditional style and touches of quietness. Airy and spacious, they offer a movie-worthy retreat in the Tuscan countryside just minutes away from the Walls of Lucca and many other daily-trips-destionations such as Florence, Pietrasanta, Cinque Terre, Pisa and San Gimignano.

Maria Farmhouse Apartment is one of the rental units of Fattoria Sardi Wine Resort. It is a first floor apartment with private garden at the ground level and has the use of the shared pool.

The apartment is fully air conditioned.

A shared laundry in the estate is equipped with 2 washing machines and 1 clothes dryer, they are accessible from 8am to 8pm.
