We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and Cinzia was really helpful and informative. The apartment was in a great location being only a short walk from the city walls. It had everything we needed and the parking was a real bonus. The roof terrace was fantastic with wonderful views, perfect to enjoy morning coffee or to watch the sun set.

Perfect Location

A unique space in a great location. A short walk to the Maria Gate and the wall. Supermarket is a 10 minute walk, and the immediate neighborhood has lots of small shops. (The patisserie up the street has an amazing chocolate croissant.)The apartment is clean and comfortable, and it was nice having the roof terrace. Cinzia was a great host. Very friendly and responsive. She made an extra night happen, which gave us one of the best days of our cycling trip.

Great location. Easy walk into Lucca. Easy to catch the train to Florence. Pisa airport is very close.

Our Lucca Vacation

the villa was beautiful, centrally located to Lucca, Pisa, Florence and local wineries. The villa was spacious and comfortable. Having indoor parking and an elevator to the villa made staying there easy and safe. The deck area was wonderful and breezy. We really enjoyed our stay.

Ideal location and quality to explore Lucca in comfort providing a high degree of relaxation

Weather was extremely poor preventing use of the terrace but it's a good place and we would stay again. Underground parking is secure and great for access to lift.

Perfect apartment in ideal location

From the moment of booking, Cinzia was great at communicating. She was there to meet us on arrival and made check in easy. The apartment is in the perfect location only a 5 minute walk from the city walls. It is well equipped and clean…but it also has the most fabulous private roof terrace- a real joy for sunny breakfasts or evening drinks- or all things in between! We would definitely recommend this great apartment.

Good location, clean and comfortable

We enjoyed this lovely condo with its spacious rooftop terrace. It was an easy walk into the walled city and there are convenient grocery stores and restaurants close-by. Easy check-in with immediate responses to questions and inquiries. Would have appreciated having some basic spices available.

A short walk to everything

Lovely property just outside the walls of Lucca. Very clean & comfortable. Wonderful bakery around the corner with fresh bread & pastry daily. Fresh fruit & vegetables also close by. The rooftop terrace with grill is the icing on the cake! Highly recommend.

Lovely Location

Excellent location with underground car parking. Roof terrace a real bonus. All rooms air conditioned for a really comfortable stay during the hot weather. Cinzia was a delight to deal with with any queries dealt with by return - great communications. Only negative are not enough comfortable lounge seating for 4 people. A lovely place to stay in an ideal location for wonderful Lucca. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Ideal Apartment to come and go in Lucca

This apartment is attractively furnished, comfortable with indoor parking and 5 minute walk to the Lucca walls. It's exceptionally spacious roof top garden is it's crowned jewel. The only issue we had was there was just one set of keys available, making it complicated for 3 different people to do different things at the same time.

Visit to Lucca

Beautiful rooftop patio we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as we liked due to the rain during our stay. Location not within the wall of Lucca but very close to walk to it. A few more household supplies like dishwasher tabs, hand soap and toilet paper would be a suggestion . Overall a wonderful place to stay we enjoyed our visit to Lucca

A perfect base and home from home!

The apartment was in a great location only 5 minutes walk into Lucca centre. We were welcomed by Cinzia who was wonderful and explained all we needed to know, including how best to get to Florence as we were planning a day trip there. The apartment was spotlessly clean,very well equipped and had excellent air conditioning which was a massive plus for us as the temperatures were very high. The roof terrace and barbecue was a lovely place to relax with a glass of wine at the end of the day, with a great view of the city. Many thanks for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

100 % what we were looking for

My girlfriend and me visited the Tuscany for the first time. The appartement was more than we expected. Very nice, clean, very well equiped and with a wonderful huge terrasse on the roof. It is perfectly located to see Lucca, and as a starting point to discover the northern Tuscany. Therefore the parking lot that belongs to the appartement was a big advantage. We had a very warm welcome with a lot of nice advises for restaurants and sightseeing possibilities (thank you Cinzia). For us it was just a perfect location.

Fabulous location

We could not fault the communication we had with Cinzia from the start and during our stay, she answered all our queries very promptly and gave good advice. The location of the apartment was perfect, there were excellent shops, bars and restaurants nearby, as well as easy access to the walls and ancient city itself. The garage with secure parking was also perfect for us, as well as the roof terrace that we used a lot! The only criticism we have is that although very clean, the apartment itself is in need of some updating/modernising; it is looking very tired and the terrace is also needing some upkeep, as there are a lot of weeds growing in the guttering.

Perfect Lucca Base

Michela arranged to meet us and introduce us to our Lucca home for 3 nights. The location was just outside one of the main gates and included a parking spot indoors under the condo. The condo was every bit as nice as the photos and dining alfresco, or just drinking wine in the evening on the rooftop deck was a bit of heaven. We were sorry that we had to leave after 3 nights but will return for certain. Michela was great at taking care of things as minor as a broken bulb in the bathroom. The only suggestion we would make is to provide garbage bags for the waste cans and better instructions for the washing machine.

Business Trip to Lucca

The property was very clean and efficient. I was greeted by the owner upon check-in with and excellent description of all property amenities. The rooftop patio with a grill was absolutely fantastic - especially with the beautiful weather in Lucca during my trip. The underground parking was very helpful. It was a busy neighborhood with crowded parking. I travel to Lucca several times per year, so I quickly learned to navigate the area. Because of the traffic & location, it was rather noisy, which is the ONLY reason I am not giving this propety 5 stars across the board. It was very close to an entrance to the walls of Lucca with an unground sidewalk to avoid having to cross the very busy road. The property owner was very nice & helpful, and very quick to respond to any question I had.

Entspannte Tage vor den Toren Luccas

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die große Dachterrasse mit Grill & Aussicht ist klasse. Tiefgarage, Aufzug, Spühlmaschine und viel Platz für zwei Personen machten den Urlaub sehr angenehm. Wir würden das Apartment wieder buchen.
