Nestled within the popular quiet residential development in Beadnell you will find Coast View, a three-storey town house with views over the coast from two of the bedrooms. A modern, no fuss, comfortable family holiday cottage that has everything you need. With the added benefit of two bathrooms, downstairs cloakroom, gas central heating, parking for 2 cars, secure rear garden, Coast View really is a practical and easy property to sit back, relax and enjoy your holidays. Located within walking distance to the beautiful Beadnell, Bay and easily accessible to the shop and village eateries, Coast View will be a popular choice for friends and families alike.

Open plan area for Lounge/kitchen/diner.
Lounge with wooden floor throughout, comfy sofas and armchair, coffee table and TV.
Kitchen/diner with gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, table and chairs and doors to the rear garden.
Cloakroom with WC and basin.
FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 1 with King size bed, sea view, en suite shower room with WC, wash hand basin and radiator.
Bathroom with bath, electric shower over, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2 with two single beds.
SECOND FLOOR
Bedroom 3 with Superking bed and sea views.
OTHER FACILITIES
Parking for 2 cars. Secure rear gravelled garden with washing line and shed. Gas central heating. All power, bed linen and towels included in rent. £200 refundable security deposit required.
