This was our first visit to Northumberland and it certainly won’t be our last . This is a perfect location for being a base to visit the surrounding area or just to have a relaxing stay where you don’t even have to get in your car. Lara and Andy were the perfect hosts and both us and our dog felt very welcome . The studio was clean and well equipped and the location couldn’t be better for local amenities.

Guests were very welcoming and warm, property was spotlessly clean, heating was already on when we arrived so lovely and warm, very comfortable property in the centre of a small village, so close to amenities but still very quiet and peaceful overlooking the back garden.Very relaxing, would definitely go again and would recommend.

Lovely property in a delightful village with lovely owners who gave a very warm welcome.

Warkworth is a lovely village with a castle, river and beach all lovely and all within walking distance. There is so much to do and see in the surrounding area and the coastline is glorious. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again if we were in the area.
