The Boathouse is an excellent detached house situated in an outstanding location just a few metres from the Aln estuary and sandy beach, with beautiful uninterrupted views overlooking the estuary from its upstairs living room and balcony (bring binoculars!). Its efficient central heating makes the property suitable all year round and is ideal for couples out of season. It benefits from a good sized dog friendly enclosed garden, has private parking and is just a short walk from all the village amenities.

Nowadays the area has returned to its unspoilt origins and offers a good variety of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as an excellent “links” golf course and some great rivers for fishing, as well as boasting miles and miles of splendid beaches and sand dunes to explore which afford stunning views of the North Sea.
