Lovely apartment - but no sun on balcony!
The apartment is within a secure gated complex, just a short distance from the beach with a great selection of shops, supermarkets and restaurants close by. First impressions were great, the apartment is painted white throughout with modern ikea furniture. The kitchen is fully kitted out with hob/oven, microwave, kettle, toaster etc….all you could need. There is a very large patio area with dining table/chairs, loungers and sofa, however we were terribly disappointed to find that the sun does not make an appearance at any time of the day there! Also, the outside light did not work so we couldn’t even sit out there in the evening. The apartment has a television in the lounge and the double bedroom but there are no English speaking channels. Also, during our stay there were no batteries in one of the remote controls. (there were spare batteries in a drawer, however not the correct size). The beds are on the firm side but still pretty comfortable and there is lots of storage space throughout the apartment. The bathroom has a large walk in shower which was quite powerful. I did not like that the shower head was not adjustable, it was fixed on the wall far too high for me to reach, so every day was a hair washing day (women will understand this!). The apartment was very spacious and ample for 4 adults.
