It was great!

We had an excellent stay in Tenerife. The apartment was fine, clean and has a lovely south-facing balcony. You could also use the attached pool. We were close to everything, 5 minutes from the beach, 2 minutes walk to restaurants and bars. Cabs around the door. Really highly recommended. The owner is easy to contact and very helpful. We will definitely come back!

We love Parque Santiago Uno and Marc’s apartment inside is new, modern, clean, comfortable, wonderful showers, roomy, sunny side of the balcony, just perfect. Would deft recommend it and would definitely stay again.

Perfect holiday

This was our return to Tenerife after covid and 2 years of waiting. The apartment is truly magnificent, faultless in every way. Perfect position in Santiago 1, sun all day, spotlessly clean. Brilliant bathrooms, perfect kitchen, comfortable bed. We have been travelling to this area for along while and this is the best ever. Don’t really want to say this as we don’t want to many to discover it or we will never get back again. So after a few days of being there we booked again for next year. Amazing in ever way and a great property manager and a very helpful owner. Thank you Marc for all your help. Can’t wait to return.

Zeer fijn appartement...Maar één opmerking

Het is een prachtig verzocht appartement. Geen enkele opmerking. Zalig terras. Alles is aanwezig. (Er was geen koffiezetapparaat, maar dat is geen echt probleem). Echter een opmerking ivm de locatie op de Vrbo website. Volgens de site ligt dit appartement in Adaje. Dit is niet zo. het ligt ten zuiden van Las Americas.(Santiago I) Meer richting Los Christianos. Wij wilden graag in Playa Adaje verblijven. Deze foute informatie heeft ons misleid. Maar desalniettemin een zalige vakantie. Dit appartement is een aanrader!

A lovely flat.

Very modern flat and very central to plenty of restaurants and bars. Only disappointment was having to pay to get a bed at the site’s pool which was expensive over the week for a family of 4. Everything else was great.

We have stayed in this particular accommodation a couple of times before. The owner has done an awful lot of work to it and completely upgraded it. Lovely and clean apartment with all you could need

This is a first floor apartment in Santiago 1 . It has everything you need. Beds were made up and clean towels. Apartment was clean and spacious. Big balcony with 2 sun beds and a table and chairs. Electric awning is you prefer some shade. This complex has a pool, but we only used it once, preferring the pools in other Santiago complexes that are very nearby. The apartment has a side view of the pool. It is very close to cafes, restaurants and bars and the sea. Just 2 restaurants along on the left of car park and you can get a full English breakfast and a drink for €2.50. I loved the cupboard full of books and games and the one night I decided to cook, there was everything I needed to enable me to do so. Communication was good with owner. I would definitely recommend and we will be going back.

Girdisi gatvėje grojanti muzika, geltono smėlio paplūdimys ne toli bei visi restoranai ir parduotuvės šalia.Tik jeigu nori eiti pagulėti prie baseino, reikia susimokėti už gultą 2.5 eur dienai, ir baseine vanduo buvo šaltas. Bet kai paplūdimys šalia, baseino ir nereikia. Taip pat namuose bėgiojo kažkokie maži vabaliukai, ypač virtuvėje, bet gyventi netrukdė :) Toli pavalgyti ieškoti nereikėjo, patys skaniausi restoranai buvo visai šalia namų. Ačiū, buvo puikios atostogos!

Fabulous apartment with a brilliant balcony in the best location

Absolutely loved this 2 bedroom apartment with its large south facing balcony. It is in a fantastic location with everything you could possibly need. The complex is lovely and quiet too, just what we needed for our three weeks of pure relaxation. We would highly recommend this apartment and thank you to Marc for allowing us to stay in your apartment, also thanks to Sheridan for your help. Hopefully we will be back next year x

Great Location, Great Accomodation

The 4 of us stayed for a week. The accommodation was exactly as described and in the photos. We made great use of the large balcony and the kitchen is well equipped. TV, DVD player, Iron, Internet, Towels all provided. Excellent large pool in 2 sections. Even though the apartment is right in the heart of Playa de las Americas (just 300 yards from Hard Rock Café a well-known landmark) the position of the apartment overlooking the pool area means that there is little noise during the night. Handy supermarket right next door. Beach/costal-boardwalk just a few steps from the back wall. We will be back.

Relaxing break in Tenerife

First time staying in this apartment. Know Parque Santiago well. Stayed there on many occasions. This apartment was perfect for what we wanted. Perfect position on the complex to enjoy the sun all day. Everything you could need to make your stay home from home. Will be booking again.
