A vacationer's paradise! This fully furnished spacious condo is in a great location, adjacent to Kingsway Golf Course, minutes to I-75, shopping, and restaurants. Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, and North Port are a short drive away. 30 minutes to Englewood Beach, and under an hour to Venice, Sarasota, and Fort Myers and their sandy beaches! The unit is a first floor end unit, has a screened in lanai, and is steps away from a beautiful heated pool. Shuffleboard, Bocce, and Horseshoes just a few of the onsite activities. Fish in the beautiful lake on the premises. There is a TV in the living room, and each bedroom. Free Wifi is included. Kitchen has all appliances (Stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher). Living room has a sleeper sofa for extra guests. A front load Washer and Dryer is also in the unit.

Lifelong Connecticut resident, we moved to Florida in 2004 and haven't looked back. Do not miss the cold winters, and I have found many others who desire to escape from the nasty winters up North. I purchased this unit to help another family avoid the brutal cold and come enjoy the beautiful weather in the sunshine state.

Why they chose this property

The location of the property is perfect for the person who wants to do it all while in Florida. The Condo has a beautiful heated pool just steps out the back door, and a serene lake for fishing out the front. Closest Gulf Beach is Englewood beach (about 30 minutes), or Venice Beach (40 minutes). Less than 2 miles to I-75, you can head North and be in Siesta Key in about an hour (#1 beach in the USA), or head South and explore Fort Myers beach in less than an hour. The condo is adjacent to Kingsway golf course if you enjoy teeing up. Minutes down the road is a Wal Mart Super Center, and restaurants galore. Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte, and North Port are a short drive away. Orlando and its theme parks are a little over a 2 hour drive away. Warm Mineral Springs in North Port is under 30 minutes away.
