Set within a striking Victorian house on a quiet, tree-lined street, this spacious two-bedroom apartment is the perfect base for exploring one of London’s most desirable neighbourhoods. Combining classic architectural features with eclectic charm, the home offers comfort, privacy, and style in equal measure.

The entrance hallway is light and airy, opening onto a semi open-plan living and dining area with wooden flooring, dual-aspect windows, and a dedicated workspace. This inviting space leads into a large lounge with two plush sofas and a TV – ideal for relaxing after a day out on Hampstead Heath.

The adjacent kitchen, accessed via double glass doors, is fully equipped for home cooking and beautifully appointed. It’s the perfect spot to prepare meals with fresh produce from the many artisan shops and delis found nearby.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes, and a sleek en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and underfloor heating. The second bedroom has a double bed and ample storage, with access to a contemporary family bathroom complete with bathtub and overhead shower.

Throughout the home you’ll find tasteful décor, elegant design details, and a warm, homely feel. Guests also have access to a lush communal garden – ideal for a quiet morning coffee or peaceful evening read.

Please note: This home is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.

The Location
Located on the borders of Hampstead and Belsize Park, the apartment enjoys an enviable location in one of London’s most sought-after neighbourhoods. The surrounding streets are filled with charming cafés, restaurants, and boutiques, and the open spaces of Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill are both within easy reach.

Culture and nature go hand-in-hand here – guests can explore London Zoo and Regent’s Park, or spend a day browsing the vibrant stalls of Camden Market. Excellent transport links mean you’re just a short walk from both Hampstead and Belsize Park tube stations (Northern line), with Leicester Square only 7–8 stops away.

No smoking, pets or parties. The apartment is located on the fourth floor and can be accessed by a lift. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 21 years old. Our standard check in time is between 15:00 and 21:00. If you would like a flexible check-in or out just let us know and we will be happy to help.

Check ins between 21:00 - 23:00 cost an extra £100. If you have any questions, please get in touch - we can be reached 7 days a week. Baby cot (with mattress) and high chair available at £12 per day + delivery fee. We look forward to welcoming you!

Truly Disappointing, DO NOT STAY HERE!

Top floor. Photos online show a tree-like neighborhood and private backyard. Instead, there is major construction next door, AND in the apartment directly under you. From 8-5 there is drilling and hammering and yelling, it was UNREAL. When we were checked in, you could barely hear the rental agent over the electric drill. On top of that, the owner has kept ALL of her clothes there, her toiletries and her pantry items. There are stick-it notes all over saying "Do not use my wine glasses, do not use my fine china," but there are NO guest wine glasses! Some places leave a welcome binder, some leave a basket of local treats, anything to make you feel welcome. We felt like idiots, treated like unwanted guests, who paid an exorbitant amount of money to stay in a construction zone. This owner and company should be ashamed of themselves! And by the way, I certainly used her wine glasses!!!!!

Confusing

The only thing missing was a tea towel! I still don't understand the booking system. There seem to be 3 companies involved in my booking which is very confusing: Under the Doormat; Travel Station and Vrbo UK and they have all sent me lots of emails (too many!). It would be much clearer and would give me greater confidence if there was just one company involved.
