The apartment was clean, modern and in a convenient location. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the late afternoon/evening when it was shady, quiet and pleasant.
The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.

Location, location, location. I can’t say enough about the location. Convenient, safe and quiet. Within a minute or two of multiple transit stops. The apartment was spotless and ready for us on arrival. Minou (owner) was incredible. He was very timely with all communications. He also had answers and advice for us prior to arriving. The pictures he provided were very helpful for locating the property. The electronic entry system was really nice as well. We will definitely come again. This is a perfect spot for couples.

Schöne Wohnung, mangelnde Ausstattung
Die Wohnung ist sauber und super zentral gelegen, sodass man von dort auch Oslo zu Fuss erkunden kann. Leider ist die Objektbeschreibung nicht korrekt. Da wird mit einem Innen- und Außenpool geworben. Der Innenpool gehört zum Hotel des vorderen Hausbereiches und kann gegen ein Entgelt von 250NOK/p.P. für 1,5h genutzt werden. Wo der Außenpool sein soll, konnten wir nicht herausfinden. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist für 4 Pers. sehr knapp - 4 Teller, 2 Töpfe, 5 Tassen, 4 Gläser. Es fehlt an Informationen bzgl. der Benutzung der Wärmepumpe zur Regulierung der Innenbelüftung. Dadurch vergeht erstmal viel Zeit, um sich zu recht zu finden. Schade, denn die Wohnung an sich ist top gelegen und schön eingerichtet.
