On the 4th floor (with lift) of an extremely family-friendly residence, this spacious duplex makes a wonderfully convenient holiday base throughout the year.

The apartment sleeps 5 people. It is thoughtfully equipped with everything guests might need for a comfortable stay. The airy living room has a large sofa, a stylish leather armchair and a flat-screen TV. French windows lead out onto a private balcony, with a table and chairs, where guests can relax and enjoy the views over the L’Eau Noire river to the mountainside. Indoors, the dining table seats 5 people and is next to the modern, fitted kitchen, which is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso and coffee machines.

Additionally, in the building, guests can enjoy total relaxation with shared amenities that include an indoor swimming pool and a gym.

Location
Vallorcine is set in spectacular mountain scenery, and the slopes around the village are suitable for skiers of all levels. The apartment is a short walk from the ski lifts and the ski slopes. For a gentler alternative, there are 10km of cross-country skiing trails, which will suit beginners and experts alike.

During the summer months, the valley is full of fun activities: stunning mountain trails for hiking or mountain biking, climbing, tennis, golf and horse riding. For the more adventurous, there are paragliding centres close by. All the facilities of the Chamonix region are on your doorstep, as Vallorcine railway station is just a 2-minute walk from the residence.

The Swiss border is a four-minute drive from the village, and a minute beyond that is the Parc Vallée du Trient, with its breathtaking views and treks. The famous Montreux Jazz Festival, on the shores of Lake Geneva, takes place in early July, and is just 1 hour away.

Vallorcine has several restaurants and cafés which cater to various ages and budgets. For self-catering, there is a weekly market (every Sunday morning) in Argentière (a 10-minute drive). Geneva Airport is a 1-hour 30-minute drive away.
