Cozy villa in great location

The manager and staff were very attentive. We had an issue with hot water that was never fully resolved. Four of us could not shower in the evening without the hot water running out. Additionally, the AC in the den never worked. Make sure to rent your own golf cart. The communal property at Casa de Campo is amazing!

Del calentador me informaron el día 29 y realmente no supe lo que era porque pensamos que era porque estaba apagado. El AA era el control con las pilas sulfatadas y se mandó a comprar un control nuevo inmediatamente pudo alguien de Costasur hacerlo. Lamentamos los inconvenientes

Amazing Location, Beautiful Villa and Phenomenal Staff

Though we have been to Casa de Campo before, this was our first time staying in a villa. The location of this villa was absolutely perfect!!! It is centrally located and super convenient to the beach, marina and main hotel pool and golf! The villa is beautifully appointed and decorated. Excellent layout with an open concept and gorgeous exterior views to golf course. Andrea, the property owner, was a delight to deal with and super helpful with advice and transfer and dinner resservations. The staff, Ivelissse and Israel, were very attentive and friendly as well. They keep the house and grounds immaculate as well as serve an amazing breakfast. Ivelisse is on site to help at any time of day and is beyond sweet and goes above and beyond. If and when we return to the resort, we would definitely be staying at Andrea's property. Everything was so very lovely and we will remember our time there always. We highly recommend this property!!!!
