The apartment is located in a privileged location just a few minutes from Gran Vía, in the heart of Madrid, just a step away from cinemas, theaters, shops, restaurants and all the tourist attractions of the city.

It is a practical and functional 38 m2 apartment for 4 people, in an unbeatable location with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.



It is located on the ground floor.



The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed of 1.35 cm dressed with its bedding, ceiling fan, safe box and television.



The living room has a comfortable sofa bed for two people, ceiling fan, electric heater and television.



You will find a dining area for 4 people.



The accommodation does not have air conditioning installed at the moment, but we have provided a portable air conditioning unit for the hot months.



You have a modern and spacious bathroom with shower, shower gel and hairdryer. We have installed electric hand dryer for comfort and hygiene instead of hand towel.

We provide one bath towel per guest which can be found on the beds.



The hot water is supplied by an electric water heater with sufficient capacity and power to meet your needs; make responsible use for its proper functioning.



The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 4 people and other usual utensils. To use the washing machine, you have a portable drying rack and iron.



The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.

Ask for a crib or high chair for your baby if you need it.
