Luxury brand new apartment in new development. Specifically designed for holiday lets with all the necessary amenities. Close to Highbury and Islington and Angel Tube station, Almeida Theatre. My place is perfect for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.

please note that it is expected that 2 people share a double bed. so a group of 8 guests for example would have 3 double beds and 2 single beds made up. Please contact me if you have different sleeping requirements.

Had a wonderful stay at Emile’s property. My family and I were visiting some family friends, so they helped us choose the location and it was lovely. Emile provides a lot of information about the area and the nearby shops and the closest transit stations and bus routes, which was greatly appreciated and made our stay very easy. Since we were only in London for a few days, we didn’t spend too much time in the house, but it had all the amenities we would need and was a comfortable place to come back to at the end of the night. Our only complaints, which are more-so personal preferences and not complaints against the host, were that the two queen beds are quite squishy and almost felt as if they are sinking a bit in the middle. We also could have used a few extra bath towels as there were 6 of us, but only 5 towels were left. Overall, a beautiful property with amazing communication and easy check in process. If we find ourselves back in London, we know where to go!

Great location. They’d had messy people prior to us and although not quite ready, they were very friendly and accommodating whilst we waited a short while. There were a couple of things left but this didn’t detract from our experience. On a personal level, I would have appreciated a cafetière,as that’s my favourite.Raabs bakery nearby for lovely bread etc. This location is highly recommended! Thank you.

Great stay

The accommodation was clean and well equipped. We arrived early and we were able to leave our luggage inside until the cleaning was finished. There was a bottle of fozz waiting for us which was a nice surprise. My only negative was that the single beds were shorter than a standard bed and were very hard

Perfect place

My family and I had a lovely stay in the apartment, we traveled from the US and this place was perfect. Close to the neighborhood shops, buses and tube stops. Walking distance to all of the above was easy and short. Apartment was clean, warm (we stayed over NYE) and had all the amenities we needed. Host was super helpful and we all loved our time there.

Good location, some disappointments

The property was not cleaned properly. There was smelly garbage in one of the bathrooms, dirty dishes in the dishwasher which did NOT work. There was dog poop in the outdoor area. No mattress pads on the beds, which were not very comfortable.

Fantastic House

Emile's place was great! The location is next to lot's of restaurants and some great little cafes and pubs. The space was spotless and really comfortable. We has a group of 6 there and all felt we had plenty of room to spread out! The was a lovely bottle of Champagne awaiting us as well. Great hosts! We would stay again!

Comfortable and clean

This home was great for our family- two adult couples and two children. Emile was very accommodating and had a travel crib ready for our little one. Checking in was easy with the lock box. It was nice to be on a quieter street, but close to restaurants and not too far from the tube stop. The outdoor space was great for our kids!

Very clean, lovely flat in quiet neighborhood.

My husband and I stayed here with our two teenage sons and another couple. Plenty of room! Very clean and very quiet. Beautiful outside garden off living area to sit in during the evening with glass of wine. Little things to know: tube station about a one mile walk. Coffee bistro two minute walk away. Very nice selection of restaurants only ten minute walk away. Would definitely stay again. Emile was extremely responsive when we needed anything! Great find!

Overall a great place to stay

Very nice apartment with upgraded bathrooms. Kitchen could use a new skillet (only one available and it was terribly worn and scratched with the handle falling off) and some very basic kitchen items (salt pepper sugar). Also directions on how to use the washing machine would be helpful. Beds were just ok, sheets were very basic and scratchy and pillows were beyond flat and deflated. Neighborhood was great with easy access to several tube stations and bus lines.

Rene was very quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our stay. Apartment was very clean and well furnished with a nice bottle of champagne waiting for us upon arrival. Apartment was a little further than a four minute walk from the underground but not too bad. The neighborhood that the apartment was in is very dirty - sadly. Would stay again. Thanks Rene!

Stay in the month of May

The location is perfect if your are interested in great restaurants but still want to be close to good transportation to center city. There is a bus stop at the end of the short street the apartment is located on; the tube is a 10 minute walk away. The apartment was clean, well lite and has plenty of room; the two baths are up to date and roomy; I would suggest hand towels and another two bath towels be added to each bath.

Ended up staying one night and checking into hotel for rest of stay. Needs freshening up. 5 thin towels for 5 people on a three night stay. Don’t want to do laundry on vacation.

This is the newest of my holiday apartments in a block of 9 new apartments. Everything is brand new and 5 star luxury. All bedrooms are decent sized double rooms

Lockbox system at the front door with keys inside. Once guests have the daily combination code they can 'self checkin'. This enables checkin at late hours.
