Surrounded by vineyards and olive trees, the property features a sun-drenched terrace, private swimming pool, and spacious garden perfect for alfresco dining, barbecues, and relaxing under the stars. Inside, cozy living spaces with a warm fireplace create a true Tuscan home-away-from-home. Ideal for families or groups, children can play safely on the lawn while adults unwind with local wine or a book. The villa's open spaces invite gatherings and long conversations in the serene Tuscan countryside. Fully equipped interiors and comfortable bedrooms ensure a relaxing stay, combining style, charm, and practicality. Located just 3 km from Empoli train station, the villa is a perfect base for exploring Tuscany. Discover Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano, Vinci, and the Chianti wine region, or enjoy local culinary delights at nearby restaurants. With its mix of tranquility, cultural excursions, and outdoor leisure, this villa promises unforgettable Tuscan memories.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately

Very nice stay!

We stayed there for two weeks together with friends. It was very hot during our stay so we were at the pool nearly the whole day. We had a pool at our own which was very good. Francesco was very polite and helpful we couls ask him anything and he tried help us all the time.
