Lovely, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom duplex apartment located on the 6th floor in Block A of the Edificio Skol in central Marbella. The apartment has excellent West facing sea views to Puerto Banus, Gibraltar and Africa. Also garden and pool views.

This lovely apartment has accommodation comprising; Spacious lounge / dining room with flat screen TV, sofa bed and doors to the terrace with exterior table and chairs and sea views. Open-plan fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, hob & microwave. Stairs up to the bedroom with twin beds. Separate fully tiled bathroom with a shower over the bath. Hot & cold air conditioning throughout and its own wifi.

🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.

❄ Private A/C in the bedroom and the living room.

🏊‍♀️ Among the Skol's facilities are its three unheated outdoors community pools, open all year round. Sunbeds have a cost of €3 per day, and are occupied on a first-come-first-served basis.
