Far from the masses but close to everything, newly remodeled, stylish and comfortable beachfront apartment has all the amenities needed for a remarkable stay in beautiful Costa Blanca!

The spacious open-planned apartment is located on the 2nd floor with secure entrances, elevator, and private parking.

The bedroom and bathroom layout are great for families and friends because there is privacy.

There is a full bathroom and one bedroom with matrimonial bed on one side of the apartment by the living room.

On the other far end of the apartment is another full bathroom, a bedroom with a matrimonial bed and another bedroom with two single beds.

All rooms sleep 2 people and have nightstands, closets, sliding glass doors as windows with shutters.

Both bathrooms have large walk in showers with doors, bidets, toilets, sink with furniture and shower rack.

For those who have to work or study, there is a big desk with views of the garden and high speed internet.

The custom-made kitchen is fixed with top brand appliances that include:

-Washing machine
-Filtered drinking water (no need to buy bottled water)
-Induction stove-top
-Oven
-Microwave

The kitchen has a countertop with 3 high-chairs and leads into the dining area with a large glass table and seating for 6.

The living room has a roomy comfortable sofa that converts into a matrimonial bed.

There is plenty of sitting space with views of the garden, paddle court, pool and a partial side view of the beach.

Other amenities included in the apartment are:

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, 1 parking space in the private garage, the pool, garden, mini-golf course, seating areas in the community and all the amenities in the property.

Playa Muchavista is a Blue Flag award winning beach for clean beach water presented by the European Community. The extensive beach with fine, golden sand covers 3 km long and 80 m wide.

Villa Marco Plaza is just 900m and houses a pharmacy and Mercadona supermarket (closed on Sundays).

Several restaurants can be found nearby by foot or a short tram ride away.

Nearby, along the beach there are play areas for kids, excercise areas, volleyball nets, areas designated for kitesurfing and windsurfing.

Sailing can be done in the marinas or clubs from El Campello or Alicante.

Besides beaches, the coast offers cliffs and small coves, such as La Coveta Fuma or La Venta La Nuza. The nearby mountains have hiking trails, cycling routes, and Canalobre Caves to explore.

Alicante Golf Course can be reached in under 20 minutes by car.

Muchavista Tram Station is a short stroll, less than 5 minutes. The tram runs every 30 minutes and goes to Alicante, Playa San Juan and El Campello. Connections can be made to visit other locations throughout Costa Blanca.

Bus Stop #21 is only 350m. It goes from Alicante to Campello and passes through San Juan and Costa Blanca.

There is private garage parking, street parking and an open-aired free parking lot.

Due to local laws, all guests must do a check-in registration, with their government issued identification, which is sent to the Civil Guard electronically.

The pool is opened all year from 9:00 - 15:00 and 17:00 - 22:00. It is not heated.

**Between end of February and beginning of March 2024 the pool will not be available due to repairs**

** During March painting of the facade of the buildings will take place**

Sunbeds by the pool and beach towels are provided from May to September.

Between May to August sunbeds and umbrellas can be hired on the beach.

There is quiet time in the community that must be followed from 15:00 to 17:00 and from 00:00 to 08:00.

Baby travel crib is available and linens are 25 euros for the stay.

Late arrival check in fee are 20:00 to 22:00h is 20€ and from 22:00 to 00:00h is 40€.

A roll away bed is available for a 9th guest. It measures 90cmx190cm.

It is recommended for stays longer than 7 nights to reserve cleaning services. Cleaning can be provided for 12€/hour, minimum of 3 hours.

The Paddle Ball Court is closed until remodeling is completed.

Pricing is based per amount of guests and not for the entire apartment. If additional guests show up, there is an extra fee.

Besides the beach and hiking trails, there is lots to see and do nearby: Playa San Juan, El Campello, Alicante, Santa Barbara Castle, Canelobre Caves, Hiking Trails, Theme Parks: Terra Mitica & Terra Natura, Villajoyosa, Isla Tabarca, Benidorm, L'Albir, Altea, Calpe, Guadalest, Javea, Denia, Murcia, Cartagena and more!
1. All guests must do a check-in registration with their government issued identification which is sent electronically to the Civil Guard. The link will be sent prior to your arrival date and can be shared with the other members of your reservation. No one will be permitted onto the property without doing this and no other guests are allowed to stay or visit besides those that are on the reservation, unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Late arrival check-in fee is from 20:00 to 22:00h is 20€ and 22:00 to 00:00h is 40€.

3. If the property is not to your standard, please let the host know within 24 hours of arrival. Otherwise, we take it as confirmation that everything is acceptable.

4. Please advise immediately of any incidents, damage, or malfunctions. We will try to get it fixed as soon as possible.

5. The cleaning cost included in the rental is for a standard cleaning at the end of your stay. If the property requires more than a standard cleaning because it is excessively dirty and unkempt an extra fee will be charged.

6. Quiet hours are between 15:00 to 17:00 and 00:00 to 09:00.

7. Guests are responsible for the lost key fees of 115€ for set with remote and 65€ for set without remote.

8. Do not leave the house key in the inside lock if no one is inside, it cannot be opened from the outside. Guests are responsible for locksmith fees and any damage to the door, if they cannot get back into the property because of keys left in the inside lock.

9. A fee of 100€ will be charged for smoking or vaping indoors.

10. Air conditioning, heater, and lights must be turned off if not in use or if a guest is not in the apartment.

11. No bicycles, skates, skateboards, or scooters are allowed in the apartment or the community. They can be left in the garage.

12. It is prohibited to walk wet into buildings or elevators.

13. Nothing is allowed to be hung out of windows, balconies or terraces which can be seen on the facade of the building.

14. No candles or barbecues on the property or community.

15. The pool is closed from 15:00 to 17:00. All guests must shower before entering the pool and dry off before going inside buildings. Food, glass items, music, ball games or floaters are not permitted in the pool area.

16. To have additonal rooms opened it is 25€ a night for single use, additional guests are 25€ each/night.
