I found the scents added in the rooms and used to clean very strong for my taste I prefer organic cleaning products but it was very lovely stay and the location was amazing.

The apartment was immaculate when we arrived - exceptionally clean and very well presented. It is equipped with everything you need for both a short and long stay. The balcony is to the side of the apartment, meaning that it catches the sun until at least 1630 in summer. You have a lovely view of the beach from there and a refreshing breeze. The location is perfect as you are right on the beach front and the lovely, long, flat promenade which stretches for 4.5 - 5km and into El Campello - perfect for a morning run or walk. The sandy beach itself is beautiful and the sea is divine. Lifeguards are on duty and the police will patrol the beach on quads which helps to ensure safety. Mercadona is a 15 minute walk from the apartment but there is another supermarket about an 8 minute walk away. Some restaurants and ice cream shops line the promenade which is convenient, and there are more on the street behind the apartment. The bus and tram stops are also close by which is brilliant for a trip into Alicante or further along the coast in either direction. Fabio is very responsive and is keen to ensure his guests enjoy his beautiful apartment. It is obvious that he is working hard to maintain and to improve its interior. Although there are ceiling fans in both bedrooms, these aren't enough to keep the room cool late in the evening and during the night in the hot temperatures. Either air conditioning or an additional standing fan would be appreciated. Thank you for a great experience!

Great place

Nice comfortable double bed. Sunny balcony during most of the day in January with sea view. Clean apartment with all the luxury you want (dish washer, washing machine, dryer, sofa and large dining table. Huge master bedroom. Location at seaside with various restaurants within 500 meters walking distance. Safe private parking behind a fence. Great host, thank you Fabio for all te good care!

Unfair charge.

Two 75-year old friends, no wild parties, no craziness, and yet upon leaving everything just as we had found it, we received notice that we had damaged the flush mechanism of the toilet. We did not. I have no idea how said damage occurred or even if it occurred, but I was charged. And I can find no way to appeal this charge. I will look for any alternative to VRBO I can find in future.

The apartment was in poor condition with dirty and broken walls, broken things on the bathroom. Towels racks broken. There is no place to hang a towel on the bathroom. A horrible big stain on the coach. The drawers on the kitchen were dirty, with stinky stuff and crumbs as well as the refrigerator. The tableware poor. There were not a single knife to cut properly. Not a bowl to prepare a single salad. The main bed had pilling poliéster sheets.very disturbing. The other were poliéster too but in a better condition. The place is noisy and very unpleasant. Very hot. Some of the blinders in the main bedroom didn’t work. Very expensive. A complete desaster.

Fantastic apartment right opposite the beach. Useful to have 2 cafes serving food and reasonably priced below. Great to see the area was very Spanish and popular with Spanish holidaymakers during early June. We're hoping to book again!!

Excellant is the word , for location , host communication, cleanliness of apartment, how the apartment is equipped , with balcony with beach and sea view .2 min walk from front door to beach , many restaurants , shops and bars .Would definitely book again .

El personal y la ubicación muy bien. La ropa de cama de la habitación estaba manchada. Esto no te hace sentir muy confortable. En la cocina se echa de menos mejor vajilla y las ollas y sartenes podrian estar en mejor estado.

Super emplacement

L'appartement correspond bien à l'annonce. L'appartement est correct avec deux chambres, 1 sdb avec WC, 1 cuisine et un salon. Sur l'annonce, il parait plus grand mais suffisant pour nous. Un balcon sur lequel ll manque tout de même un salon de jardin pour pouvoir manger tous les jours dehors. Depuis le balcon vue superbe, la plage à 60 mètres (superbe plage, très propre, pas de cailloux que du sable fin et pas dangereuse pour les enfants). Un place de parking semi couverte dans l'enceinte sécurisée de l'immeuble, c'est parfait. Secteur calme malgré les bars et restaurants en bas de l'immeuble. Une ligne de bus (22 ou 21) qui vous amène directement en 20 minutes au centre ville pour 1euro 45. La ville d'Alicante est magnifique et vaut vraiment le coup d'œil. En résumé, nous avons passé un super séjour dans cet appartement qui est très calme est très bien situé. A conseiller.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Sehr gute Lage. Direkte Strandlage, diverse Restaurants und die Bus-/Tramstation in der Nähe. Wir werden diese Wohnung wieder buchen.

Perfecto para ir con amigos

Fuimos 3 parejas de amigos para pasar las fiestas de San Juan y quedamos muy contentos con el apartamento. Las habitaciones son adecuadas y la cocina muy bien equipada. Tiene lavadora y secadora que es de agradecer. ¿Lo mejor? Que está en primera línea de playa y tienes todos los comercios y restaurantes a tu disposición si tener que moverte en coche o transporte público. Otro pequeño detalle que nos gustó es que detrás del edificio tiene unas duchas para que subas al apartamento sin arena ni sal. Destacar el trato excepcional y la paciencia de Fabio que le modificamos 3 veces la reserva. A la llegada nos dio las llaves Sergio, quien nos explicó todo. En resumen, un apartamento muy acogedor con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en familia o amigos.
