Wonderful stay.
On arrival we were given a very warm welcome by Pilar and her husband who showed us around the beautiful and spotlessly clean apartment which is very well equipped with plenty of towels, bed linen and even beach towels which meant not having to take ours which is a bonus with small luggage allowances these days. It is very well situated just across the road from a large and very clean beach. The tram stop is just a couple of hundred yards along the promenade and takes you into Alicante or the other way to El Campello where you can change trams and go on to Benidorm if you wish. Just a couple of streets up from the promenade you can catch the bus, so it is very easy to get around without the need of hiring a car if you wish. If you do have a car, there is secure private parking underneath the apartments. There are at least 2 good supermarkets close by which are very well stocked with everything you could need. We enjoyed sitting out on the veranda looking out onto the sea which was very relaxing and the pool in front of the apartment was kept spotlessly clean as were the gardens..We will definitely will be coming back here again and thank Pilar for all her help.
