360 Estates welcomes you to Malta by offer this beautiful home located in the old city of Bormla, 5 minutes' walk from the Grand Harbour with access to the Valletta Ferry.
The house is on 4 levels and comprises a living room with TV an equipped and large kitchen area with a dining area which can easily host a family or a group of friends. On the other part our guests will find the living area, with a large comfortable sofa and a smart TV.
Also included are 2 KING SIZED beds with en-suites.
Wifi and Airconditioning are available throughout all the rooms.
Interior| Designer finished.
Living Spaces| A spacious living area with sofas and TV, with access to a nicely done balcony with tables and chairs for the sole access of our guests.
Kitchen Space| Fully equipped with all the utensils and kitchen equipment our guests would require to fix a proper meal.
Bathrooms| 2 large bathroom in general accessible from the apartment's hallway and another from the ensuite.
Bedrooms| 2 Large bedrooms with KING SIZED beds, EN-SUITES and AC with access to a beautiful terrace.
Linens| At 360 Estates we love a good night sleep, due to this we only provide the best of linens to our guests, with also 2 sets of towels given per person.
Internet| Strong, fast and reliable
Airconditioning| Air-condition units, temperature can be regulated in each and every room.
24/7 Access to all the amenities of our home.
It is important to have Access to Airbnb messaging system, general issues best is to ask from there as it is where we can help you as fast as you deserve.
The house is is situated in a narrow, pedestrianised street. Quiet residential neighbourhood.
Walking distance (6 mins) to Valletta ferry crossing the Grand Harbour. Or 2 minutes walk to bus stop to Valletta. Neighbourhood and the Three Old Cities can easily be explored on foot from the house.
Parking is available on the nearby streets, free of charge. About 100 or 200 metres away from the house.
Very important notes before booking:
1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)
2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
