The apartment, located on the first floor of a building with no elevator, is characterized by an elegant and modern decor and by high French windows that make the rooms bright. The open plan living area is furnished with a double sofa bed, a cabinet with TV, a dining table and a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle and a juicer. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom featuring a queen-size bed and a large mirrored closet, and overlooking the quiet inner courtyard. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.



Amenities such as washing machine, iron, air conditioning and central heating are at guests’ disposal.
