My place is on the beach, with great views of the ocean from our private balcony and spectacular sunsets in the evening. There are good restaurants within walking distance. The pool and the hot tub are heated all year round. There are 3 double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Large Lounge/Dining Room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 Air Conditioning units fully servicing the entire apartment and Ceiling fans in all rooms. 40 X 20ft. heated pool and 10 X 8ft hot tub right next to the beach.

Condo is very large and has an excellent view of the sunset each night. the pool was clean and the property was also very well looked after.

Perfect location for a family get-a-away. The balcony is ocean view. Nicky is very responsive and answers questions in a timely manner. Love that each little room area had its on bathroom and door.

Girls trip!

There were six of us who have taken a beach trip together for over 25 years! We had never been to this part of Florida and the trip was fabulous. The accommodations were awesome being beachfront. The condo was spacious and accommodated us very well. We enjoyed the outside deck so much!

Relaxing Getaway

I came to celebrate my 42nd bday with my boyfriend and 2 other friends & had a relaxing time. Location was perfect & unit was clean,cozy/intimate w/perfect beachfront view; plenty of balcony space, table that accommodated our party comfortably along with plenty of beach chairs. We were very impressed with the amount of kitchen supplies/utensils we had and was very pleasantly shocked at the seasoning left behind. We usually have to buy our own! Had every cocktail glass we could think. Other than the view, the best thing about the unit was the 3 bedrooms with 3 baths. Each person had their own private on suite! What was great about this is that the 2 other friends with us (man/woman) were NOT a couple so it was perfect that t hey have their own space without it being awkward. Couch was comfy. Beach was perfect- pool area was perfectly synched with grill and beach entrance. Parking was plentiful and easy. Cons: I would say there was a very bad gnat issue in kitchen/front bathroom. We had to buy some spray and fruit fly traps and it made it very annoying to prepare food, etc. There wasnt enough toilet tissue & we kept missing front desk so we ended up buying some at store, along with more dishwashing liquid-dishwasher pods. There were no trash bags, we bought more. We didnt mind buying these thing but felt they shoudve been plenty while we were there. We left them for next guests. Host Nicky was AMAZING kind and accommodating. Thank you!

Great place

Everything was great! Very comfortable! Thank you! Few comments: there were no trash bags to replace the old ones, there was no soap for the dishwasher, not enough hand soap in the bathrooms, the bars of soap were too small for showering, the microwave was making noise, the toaster doesn't work well, there weren't enough paper towels and the floors were dirty upon arrival. Apart from that, the location was great, comfortable rooms. We will be coming back and have already refered you to family members.

Very nice condo

This condo is a great find. We love the three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Check in is very easy as is check out. The pool and hot tub were very nice and well kept. The beach is right there and very clean.
