About this property
Cosy, quiet space in pretty countryside with access to fields. 20 mins to coast.
Neil's Worden Barn is a two storey converted grain barn located on a quiet country lane in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Within walking distance of a large village with all the amenities you could need. We are just 15 mins by car away from the beautiful North Cornish and North Devon coastlines. The popular resort of Bude with its famous surfing beaches is just 20 minutes away by car. Ample opportunities in the immediate vicinity for walking and cycling. The space The accommodation has been fashioned from a quirky little stone built grain barn that predates the farmhouse. There are two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed, the other with bunk beds. There is a sofa bed which could accommodate an extra person. The kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher and washing machine. In the garden there is a retractable washing line. The downstairs areas are surprisingly spacious with room in the lounge for a separate dining area. Slate floors downstairs mean the barn is cool in summer, but central heating and a log burner ensure it is cosy and warm if the weather is cooler. Guest access Guests can access some of the farm’s fields for recreational purposes, but care must be taken when moving around the yard area. There are no longer animals on the farm apart from a neighbour’s sheep and lambs in the top field. Please do not allow your dog to distress the sheep in this field. We are very rural but places of interest are just a short drive away and our village is 1 mile away. Very ‘doable’ on foot. Extremely quiet area with dark skies at night.

We had a fabulous time at the barn. Sally was so helpful and made check-in really easy and gave us suggestions for places to visit in the area. The barn had everything we needed and the secure garden was great for our dog. Our 2 year old daughter loved running in the fields and seeing the surrounding cows and horses. Would definitely recommend staying here! Hope to return in the future. Thank you!

Thank you Rachel for your lovely review. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay with us.
Aufenthalt in UK, davon 4 mal in Südengland. Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder für Neil's Worden Barn in Bradworthy/Devon entscheiden.
