Top quality in every way

What you see on the website is exactly what you get--a well-built home with plenty of room, nicely furnished. The beds (brand new) are exceptionally comfortable. The waterfront/canal view is to die for, the swimming pool is luxurious. The homeowner, David Susay, was cordial, welcoming, and easy to stay in touch with. Punta Gorda has adapted ordinances designed to protect the health safety and welfare of both its residents and visitors the following ordinances are enforced by the Punta Gorda code enforcement units and some or all may apply to the vacation rental home, those ordinances are strictly enforced by Punta Gorda police department, any violation thereof maybe subjected to a fine or fines
• While on vacation it is expected that there may be music playing and laughter however during the hours of 10 PM and 7 AM the city noise ordinance prohibits excessive and unnecessary noise by loud music playing, yelling, shouting, animals or machinery
• Public right-of-way's including sidewalks, swells, and the street in front of the private owned homes. Vehicles are prohibited from parking on our across sidewalks or unpaved surfaces including swells and vacant lots and must not obstruct motorist or pedestrian view. Over night parking within a public right away is likewise prohibited
• Boats, wave-runners, personal watercraft, etc. and all types of trailers are not permitted to be stored in public view at or on any vacation rental property home.
Renters will be required to sign a renters agreement prior to finalizing the booking.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
