'SOUL Málaga City Apartment' is a superior apartment located in the city centre of Málaga. It has 2 double bedrooms, a double sofa bed in the living room, 2 full bathrooms, and a maximum capacity for 6 people (4 adults and 2 children). The sofa bed can only be used by children, never by adults. Bookings for 5 or 6 adults will not be accepted.



The apartment is located in a recently built building, with a heated rooftop pool (open all year round, except for the months of January and February for maintenance), common areas with stunning views of the Málaga skyline, and you can even see the Cathedral from the pool.



The accommodation is comfortable and fully equipped, located right in the centre of the beach city of Málaga, with views of the sea and the mountains.



It is located next to the Maria Zambrano central train station, just a few minutes\' walk from the beaches and the port. The train, bus, metro and commuter train stations are just a stone\'s throw away. There are multiple supermarkets and shops in the vicinity, as well as shopping centres. It is located in an ideal area for families and couples who want to explore the city, without the need for a car during their stay.



The apartment has a lift, iron, internet access (WiFi), central heating and air conditioning, TV, and additional ceiling ventilation.



The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, fryer, toaster and juicer.

- SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED IN THE PROPERTY AND PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

- SILENCE IS REQUESTED DURING THE NIGHT (FROM 10 PM TO 8 AM) OUT OF RESPECT FOR THE NEIGHBOURS AND THE COMMUNITY.

- THE ENTRY OF PERSONS OUTSIDE THE RESERVATION OR EXCEEDING THE ACCOMMODATION\'S CAPACITY IS PROHIBITED.

- THE CELEBRATION OF PARTIES OR PRIVATE EVENTS IN THE ACCOMMODATION IS PROHIBITED.

- ANY BREACH OF THE COMMUNITY\'S RULES WILL RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE RESERVATION AND LOSS OF THE DEPOSIT AND UNUSED NIGHTS.

- THE POOL IS CLOSED FOR MAINTENANCE DURING THE MONTHS OF JANUARY AND FEBRUARY.
