Nestled between Ponte Vecchio and Piazza Pitti this lovely apartment overlooks a wonderful and peaceful garden (shared only with the Dragomanni Loft). Leave the hustle of the city outside the building and relax in your secret garden! The apartment has been completely renovated and is composed by a living dining area (with a single sofa bed), two bedrooms and two modern bathrooms with shower. Complete the property a laundry room and a lounge area (both accessible from the garden and shared only with the Dragomanni Loft apartment).

Standard check-in time: 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Check-in by 7:00 PM is included in the price of the stay and does not incur any additional charges.

**We generally allow check in anytime after 11:00 AM, though we cannot guarantee the apartment will be cleaned until 3:00PM

Outside of the standard hours, it is mandatory to provide us with your flight/ train number or any other arrival details. There is an additional cost for late check-in: 7:00PM -9:00PM 20 EURO | 9:00PM -11:00PM 40 EURO| 11:00PM - 01:59 AM (next day) 70 EUR| After 02:00AM on request

This place was amazing! Everything in Florence was walkable, and the location was central. The courtyard garden was a lovely touch that took out the noise of the main street. We spent our mornings with the double doors directly to the bedroom open to let in a natural breeze. It was lovely, private, quiet and absolutely amazing! Hope to stay again!

Frustrating and bad experience

Unfortunately the communication with and complete lack of response and help from the rental agency completely ruined our stay. Our contacts ignored our concerns, calls and texts and left us unable to use the apartment as we needed it. Through the entire week we were there they never followed through with coming to address the issues the apartment was having. We’re still waiting for their response on how they will make good on the costs their issues cost us.
