Alporchinhos 836 is a delightful 1-bedroom apartment with sea views and a private balcony situated on the first floor and accessed by stairs. We would reccommend this property for 3 Adults or for 2 adults and 2 children as a sofabed in the lounge is available at an additional charge. The location of the apartment is very close to the beach of Praia da Senhora da Rocha and the town of Armação do Pêra. It is professionally cleaned.

Air conditioning is available in the apartment which also provides heat during the winter.

Tastefully-furnished and fully-equipped including washing machine, coffee machine and a dishwasher, the apartment has free Wi-Fi and covered offstreet parking. The apartment has access to a communal pool, with a café/restaurant, and also a children’s pool which is shaded at times through the day.

The property is located at the top of the steps to Senhora da Rocha beach. There are various other beaches within walking distance along with cafés and restaurants.

There are three water parks in the Algarve, all within a 30-minute drive of the apartment. The closest, Slide and Splash is just 10km away. Some may have a shuttle service offered so check with local ticket outlets.

If you are an animal lover, Lagos Zoo is also only a 30- to 40-minute drive away with the monkey islands being a great favourite with children.

For keen golfers, there are over 40 golf courses in the Algarve, of which at least six can be found within a 20-minute drive of the apartment.
