Hedgehog Cottage was lovely. It was spotlessly clean with modern fittings and we felt very safe in these uncertain virus times. The cottage is in a good rural location for exploring Exmoor. It was also nice to meet the owner who was cutting the grass when we arrived. Our dog enjoyed his holiday too!

The location is fab if you want to be "in the sticks" away from it all! And although there are other cottages on site, it was very private and quiet and we were unaware of anyone else. Fran was extremely conscientious to ensure everything was as good as it could be. Such a special place, truly. Loved it!

The cottage was very cosy, had everything we required and was immaculately clean. The garden was very safe for our dog.
The location is ideal for exploring Exmoor nowhere seems very far away. Our dog enjoyed running around Dunster beach, where there are no restrictions for dogs, and at low tide there are huge expanses of hard sand.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Cosy country cottage in a quiet position but only 3 minutes by car from a well stocked village store. Central heating a real bonus. Well equipped even though somethings were removed for Covid. Ideal for our dog who enjoyed walks in the woodland behind the cottage.

Half term haven
Hedgehog cottage was a home away from home, clean, cosy, warm, light, well appointed and welcoming. Lovely wood burner, plenty of hot water and wonderful fluffy towels, perfect when the weather was unfortunately rather wet! A thoughtful welcome pack included fresh local eggs, milk and even ground coffee and hot chocolate, simply perfect. Thank you for making our half term week in Exmoor unforgettable.
