We are so glad you enjoyed our home and are considering booking it for a vacation each year! As you recall, as soon as you let me know you had found a little pet dander, I offered to have my housekeeper come right out and sweep/vacuum again, which you declined. I am sorry you had any dander to deal with - we pride ourselves on offering a very clean home and that is highly unusual. Most of our guests comment on how our home is one of the cleanest they have ever rented! We sure hope this won't impact your decision to stay again!

Regarding the extra fees, our Vrbo listing clearly states that, with 7 night or longer rentals, all linens are included but with less than 7 night stays, there is a charge for linens. As I explained to you via the multiple communications we had prior to your arrival, this policy is consistent with most of the rental companies on Oak Island. Thank you, Beth

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are glad you enjoyed the house, pool and beach! We supply 14 beach towels and a bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth per renter. We would have been happy to bring more for you if we had known you needed more. We typically provide 1 - 2 extra rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom so I have discussed this with my housekeeping staff and apologize to you for the inconvenience. We sure hope you will return soon!
