The train station is close by offering routes into Manchester, Sheffield, Hope Valley, Edale and Buxton. There are some picturesque walking routes nearby such as Kinder Scout, Goyt Valley and Mam Tor to name a few. A short drive from the property is the village of Castleton, where you can explore the Blue John Caverns or spend the day exploring the historic Chatsworth House and Gardens.
