Villa Dolcea, Kaštel

Thisbeautiful villa is situated in Kaštel, a small settlement near Buje. It is a contemporary, poolside luxurious villa suited for a maximum of 10 guests. This elegant villa has 340 sqm and is built on a beautiful 800 sqm property. Our favorite thing about villas like this is precisely its outdoor area with a large, green garden and the sun terrace with the swimming pool in its center. The garden provides not only shaded areas during the summer days, but also keeps the air around the house fresh and beautifully scented. The interior was decorated with great class and style, so the open-plan living room and the kitchen make the entire space look very cozy and full of light. The large terrace door opens the house towards the garden and the pool, making your stay here as relaxed as possible. The house features four bedrooms with their own private bathrooms and two additional toilets. In case of a rainy day, or a fun family evening, the villa features table soccer, billiards and darts as an additional means of entertainment.
