Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. This was a great spot and centrally located. The pool was great, and having the golf cart was great. The room definitely needs a deep clean. The baseboards were dusty, tile in shower and bathroom floor was grey and orange. We mopped the floor the day we got there and the water was black… we had to rewash all of the silverware and cookware because none of it was clean. But the price was good, and it accommodated our family of 4 well. The spare bath was clean. The supplied beach gear was mostly broken, and needs replaced. It overall was a wonderful trip with our family, but could use some extra care. The checkin process was nice, and seamless. We would stay here again but would probably re clean the unit at the beginning of the stay.

Nice unit directly across from the Big Chill. Good location for that, but long haul to Seaside. Host was very communicative and available. Maybe just not our type of vacation. The beach access is a bit of a hassle. Drive car or golf cart to a public access then haul your beach gear. From the Deer Park parking, it is a hike out a very long walk bridge to the beach — 10-12 minute walk from parking. The other access (Seacrest) we tried is a shorter walk, but up/down 5 flights of stairs - pack light! Golf cart and Beach gear/wagon provided is helpful. The listing states sleeps 9. While technically accurate, this assumes you will want two people on both top and bottom bunks (200lb weight limit) on thin full mattresses and two people on a pullout sofa, 1 person on a pullout trundle under the bunks. That would be 7 people sharing 1 bathroom. Seems we misunderstood but thought there was an additional double bed. Listing is accurate but would suggest a little more clarity. Other concerns: garage door kept opening with neighboring unit frequency; chain on one of provided bikes broke on first try. All in all, nice unit/property, just okay for beach access and other activities.

We loved our stay as a family with three kids under 6 years old. The pool was perfect after a day at the beach or when beach conditions were not as favorable. Host was very responsive and helpful. Being within walking distance of the Big Chill was such an advantage as well. Having the golf cart to travel around 30A and to and from the beach was perfect. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we can’t wait for our next trip back to the area!

Golf cart was great to have as this property's neighborhood is conveniently across the street from The Big Chill. The main pool is easy to walk to as it's not even a block down. If you don't mind making your way to the beach or not going to the beach, the other amenities are nice. Smell and cleanliness of the condo needs a lot of improvement. When we pay a cleaning fee, the expectation should be for it to be clean and to not have to follow up with a cleaning company due to spots on the bathroom floor, chocolate marks on the door to the balcony, or stained curtains and chairs. Due to cleanliness and smell, we would not return to this property.

Great Location

Location was great. The golf cart made it easy to get around 30A - the big chill was perfect for our family to gather for dinner and grab breakfast in the morning!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Check-in was simple with everything being sent via text/email. We really loved the golf cart and used to it go to dinner, the pool, and beach. We opted to use the beach access at Deer Lake State Park during our trip. It was less than a mile from the property with parking, restrooms, and a shower. There were several beach chairs, boogey boards, umbrellas, and beach toys in the garage for use, which was really nice. The pool is very nice as well. While we spent most of our time at the beach, we did enjoy sitting at the pool a couple of afternoons while having some drinks and hanging out. The only drawback to the pool area is that it opens late (10AM) and closed fairly early (6PM) so the kids didn’t enjoy night swims like they usually do while we’re on vacation. The townhome was very clean and had a nice beachy decor theme. The only minor thing that we noticed was the lack of sitting space in the living area. There is one small sofa and an arm chair, so there wasn’t really enough space for the entire family to relax and watch a movie or hang out comfortably. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and its proximity to several great places along 30A. We would stay here again.

Excellent Family Place

We loved our time here! The condo was very nice and spacious. It was great for our family of 4 ( kids are 4 and 9). We enjoyed how close the pool and The Big Chill was to the condo- easy walk. The beach was just a quick trip down the road- enjoyed the space on the beach at Deer Lake State Park. Would highly recommend.

New years trip

We did a quick 3 night getaway and this property was perfect. Beautiful rental with a Great location across from shopping and dining. We felt safe which is very important to me. Quick drive to the beach access was easy as well. We would definitely stay here again!
