Fully remodeled romantic apartment located in a charming area in the urban centre of Baixa, Lisbon, with 92 m², tastefully furnished, fully equipped, with capacity for 4 people.



The charming apartment is located in a historic building in Baixa Pombalina with a lift, with a living and dining room, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and a balcony. It has internet access, TV, air conditioning (hot and cold) in the living room, fans in the bedrooms, central heating, towels, bed linen, amenities, a hair dryer and an iron.



The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, fridge, microwave, oven, washing/drying machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils.



Professional and sanitised cleaning with certified products, following the latest international hygiene guidelines.



The location is very central, you can walk to any place in the centre of Lisbon or you can take one of the many public transports available in that area to various parts of the city or to the beautiful beaches of the Cascais line or the Costa da Caparica.



If you need help planning your stay, we'll be happy to assist you in organising any services. We are your local partner and guide to create your unique memories and experiences.

Wonderful Lisbon

The property was terrific! Centrally located! Spotless, very comfortable and a terrific crew!! Joao was our representative and could not have been better!! He was there to greet us and was always there when needed!! They have Paulo, a driver when needed and also book tours with him!! They are professionals and care about their clients. We definitely will go back thank you Martin, Joao and Paulo

Lisbon stay

Had a great couple days in Lisbon. The apartment was wonderful and exactly as advertised. Luis kept us very up to date and was very responsive to messages. Had a great food tour with João. He was very knowledgeable and really enjoyed touring Lisbon with him for the afternoon. Luis quickly arranged a nice ride back to airport as well. Highly recommend

Sweet apartment in great location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Baixa neighborhood in this comfortable and beautifully decorated apartment. Our host was very responsive and helpful, and the space was perfect for the four of us. We had every amenity and plenty of space for two adults and two adult children. We especially appreciated the welcoming touches, such as the bottle of wine and pasteis de nata. We had a wonderful time!

Beautiful Apartment

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay during our week in Lisbon. The apartment is beautiful but also very comfortable and quiet. Luís met us at the apartment to check us in and explain how to work all the appliances, and also provided restaurant suggestions and tips about the neighborhood.

Perfect location, very nice and safe apartment

Highly enjoyed our stay. The apt felt safe and is very well located. All amenities you need are included in the apt. Martin was very attentive and took care of all my questions. The secondary bedroom overlooking the street can be noisy at times (I am a very light sleeper) but nothing bad. Our 12 year old enjoyed the place and having a hotel across the street made it nice to enjoy a drink after a long day of sightseeing. Will be back. Thanks!

Great property, quiet sleep in prime location

Amazing property for family stay. Luis was super welcoming and helpful in getting us settled. The place has a lot of amenities. Prime location in Baixa-Chiado (cannot get more downtown than that) in a flat terrain which works really well for my mother who has foot issue. It's also shockingly quiet because one bedroom faces the street that is really a pedestrian street. The master bedroom faces another building, so we had great sleeps. Would defintely recommend for anyone visiting Lisbon. Close to metro (Baixa-Chiado and Rossio) and the Rossio train station that goes to Sintra. Walking distance away from the Arch and the praça do comércio.

Lovely Lisbon Apartment

The apartment was exactly what we were looking for: beautiful, great location, exactly as pictured. Luis was wonderful to work with.... arranged a tour for us, restaurant recommendations, quick response on check in and how to store our luggage. Highly recommend!

Great location and Agent was excellent

We really enjoyed our stay. Luis was a fabulous host. He provided us with excellent recommendations for dinner locations and fabulous ideas of things that were a ‘must see and do’. The location of this property was ideal - close to subways, trains and busses and well within walking distance of many attractions. The apartment was a nice size and very comfortable. We highly recommend this property.

Nice place and centrally located.

Wonderful Place to stay in Lisbon

This was a very nice condo with everything we needed. The place was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was fabulous with site seeing, shopping and dining all close by. I would recommend this place and if we return would stay there again.

THE PICTURES DON'T DO IT JUSTICE!

I have rented moderately priced vacation apartments in Dublin, Paris, Rome, Verona, and Porto---Martin's apartment is Lisbon is the best by far. My son and I loved the place. Besides its wonderful location, its cleanliness and many amenities, and Martin's responsive and prompt communication, the place was absolutely lovely. THE PICTURES DO NOT DO IT JUSTICE. They don't reflect the apartment's character--its strong suit. All the old world details remain--plaster moldings; original doors, windows with shutters and balconies. The place was beautifully maintained and tastefully decorated. Nicer and much more fun than our home! I have every intention of staying there during my next stay in Lisbon. Kathleen P.

Comfortable and convenient location.

This was our second stay at this property, and a different unit from our first. As in the first instance, the apartment was well equipped and comfortable. The elevator certainly helped with larger luggage. Lots of good recommendations about grocery stores, restaurants, etc. And easy check-in and check-out.
